NAC White Goods Training Review – From a British Gas Engineer Who Loved Every Second!!!

As a British Gas Engineer with no prior background in white goods, I can confidently say that enrolling in the white goods training course with NAC has been one of the most rewarding and enriching experiences of my professional development. From day one, I felt welcomed, supported, and most importantly, taught in a way that respected the fact I was starting from absolute zero in this field.

The heart of the course – and what truly makes it stand out – is Lee, the instructor. Lee has an incredibly calm and friendly approach to teaching, which made a world of difference to me. His ability to make complex systems feel approachable is a genuine skill. What impressed me most is how he never rushes through anything. He takes his time to explain even the smallest details, patiently and clearly, making sure every concept lands properly before moving on. You’re never made to feel like a question is too basic or unimportant – in fact, Lee encourages questions and takes his time to answer every single one in depth.

There were moments where I struggled with certain concepts, but Lee never gave up until I fully understood them. That level of dedication and patience isn’t something you come across often, and it shows how much he genuinely cares about the success of his students.

The course was very well set out easy to follow. You walk away with an in-depth understanding of theory and practical experience to build up and onwards from.

The overall package is delivered so we'll with Lee's onsite experiences and the tricks of the trade that only comes with fully understanding your trade.

The teaching skills were exceptional, Lee understud his audience and delivered the course perfectly. I don't believe anyone left the room scratching there heads.

I’ve recently attended the NAC white goods appliance course and felt I needed to take a few minutes to say how fantastic it was!
Lee the trainer was awesome, I have completely zero knowledge and was quite nervous about doing it….. I didn’t have to be! Lee has carefully structured the course so absolutely anyone can go, he has so much knowledge and expertise that even someone in the field will still learn a lot. It was fun, it was compacted it has a huge amount of content, but it was brilliant. Thank you Lee for sharing all your tips, tricks and knowledge to us all.
