Among the various Martial Arts and Self-Defense courses I've tried, none have topped this one, eclipsing my past experiences with Krav Maga, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Judo, and Boxing. The teaching is expertly delivered and easy to grasp, equipping us with essential skills for actual self-defense. Rui, our instructor, adds a personal flair to the classes, ensuring they are both fun and engaging, while also encouraging us to push our limits. My growth has been outstanding since becoming a part of this class, and I feel grateful and lucky to train with such a committed and supportive group. I highly endorse it!

This is simply the best Martial Arts/Self Defence I have ever trained in - even better than other trainings I have done over the years such as Krav Maga, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Judo and Boxing. The skills of the instruction are very professional and very down to earth so that I can cope with real life situations should anyone in the street feel like attacking me. Rui the instructor is not only highly personal and makes the sessions fun and engaging he gently encourages you to do your best. I have come on leaps and bounds since training with him and am exceptionally grateful and honoured to train with such a great and caring bunch of people. High recommended!
