We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks.
Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line.
We will never forget the hard work and effort Erik, Ezgie and Ela put in to helping us sell the property.
1000% recommend these guys to sell your property, and if your fence, take a leap; April wont let you down.

Having dealt with April Properties and in particular Esen for almost a year, I was very impressed with how efficient she was to respond to any problems or issues that occurred. I could contact her via phone, or email and always got a swift reply. Communication with her towards the end of my tenancy was fantastic and made the entire moving out situation very easy.
