Apu's World レビュー

Easy purchase very happy with my Tennis Trainer Kit

MyLensBall.com.au - Paul/Ateeq is a Thief, Liar & Gutless.

I purchased an item for $335 from mylensball that didn't match the item that was advertised.
After constant attempts to arrange a return and a refund, a return postage label was provided to me and the item sent back to them.
Australia Post tracking confirms that the item was delivered and again, after numerous attempts to chase my refund, I received a text advising that I would be refunded by the following Wednesday. I never received my refund and they continue to ignore my calls, texts and emails.

How a small business can treat another in this way is absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or money.

I place a order been waiting over two months. They received my money said will notify me of shipping date .have nothing just a con site . Be warned

I recently purchased the DSLR backpack from Apu's World, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with its design and functionality. As a professional photographer, I needed a backpack that could not only carry all my equipment but also provide adequate protection for my camera and lenses, and this backpack has exceeded my expectations.

Firstly, the backpack has ample storage space, which allows me to carry multiple camera bodies, lenses, and other accessories with ease. The compartments are also padded to ensure that my gear stays secure and protected from any impacts or jostling during transport.

The ergonomic design of the backpack also makes it comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. The shoulder straps are well-padded and adjustable, and the backpack sits snugly against my back, reducing any strain or discomfort.

Another aspect of the backpack that I appreciate is its durability. The backpack is made of high-quality materials that can withstand the rigors of travel and outdoor shooting. I've taken this backpack on several photography trips, and it has held up exceptionally well.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the DSLR backpack from Apu's World. It is a reliable, durable, and functional backpack that meets all my needs as a professional photographer. If you're looking for a high-quality backpack to protect your gear and make transportation easier, then I highly recommend the DSLR backpack from Apu's World

Very happy with my Minix U9 Android Tv Box, fast quick service.
Highly recommended.

Great Led smart Lamp, will be back for the Basketball Lamp

Thanks Martha

Good Fast transaction, happy with my rapid defrost tray.
Would recommend and will be back again.

This place is amazing,if you don't want to receive anything you ordered and want no response from customer service after sending countless emails,i hope death finds you soon apu.🖕

Very happy my RGB Light kit, fast easy service.

Stay well away from this store! They don't deliver, they make excuses, and if you're lucky enough to receive your order you'll realise what cheap, dodgy quality crap they sell.

Fast and easy transaction, loving my new golf training kit. It's a lot of fun..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a desk lamp in September. AW was lightning fast at taking my money, but no sign of lamp two months later. Follow up enquiries have gone unanswered. Can only conclude AW is a scam. Will report accordingly to Consumer Affairs.

Very happy with my lazy neck holder. Great for late movie sessions..

My experience with Apu's World has been terrible. On 2 May 21 I purchased a JellyFish Lava Lamp for my son's birthday in early June. On 2 July 21 I followed up with customer support and was told in an email someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I heard nothing. I have contacted customer service twice since then, in August and September, and have received no response. I have still not received the lamp. I won't use them again and suggest you don't either based on my bad experience.

Couldn't supply the robot vacuum I ordered within a reasonable time frame (would have been over 4 weeks and that still wasn't guaranteed)

No communication from them either, I had to follow up after my product still hadn't shipped after 2 weeks.

Was granted a refund, refund receipt was emailed but no refund ever showed up in my bank account.

Currently disputing the transaction with my bank.

This was ordered in july, so they have had plenty of time to refund.

I've ordered from this place previously and my order came through fine.

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from apus world at this time.

As others have said, check out ozbargain.com.au for more detailed information in the forums.

I didn't even think to check as i had ordered successfully a few years earlier.

Excellent customer service from Ian, highly recommend.

Great photo studio allows our small business to take product image shots without paying thousands to hire a photographer and studio.

Very happy with my Android ATV Box, works well with YouTube, Netflix.

Paul from APU's world (real name ATEEQ RASHID SHEIKH) is running a scam

he will take your money and will scam you by saying Aus Post lost your parcel and will force you to chase AusPost

hundreds of innocent people have fallen into this trap

check OzBargain website for the complete details of his scams

I wish I had the read the scam related reviews before placing order for a roborock S5 max. Just like the others here, it was lost in transit by Australia Post. All my life Australia Post has never lost a single item! And now they don't respond to my calls, text messages or emails. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC and obviously with PayPal to get my refund. So disappointed and frustrated with all the time and energy that's gone into resolving this issue.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Happy with our purchase of Led smart lighting kit.

Would recommend, no problems, easy transaction.
