Von Bestellung bis zur Lieferung sind nur 24 h vergangen. Artikel gut verpackt und wurde günstig angeboten. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

I was charged $108 for 2Kg of freight to Australia. They will charge you for "DHL premium international" and then send the delivery through regular German mail, which often takes up to 2 months.

After emailing them to ask about the cost and why it was not sent via DHL, they responded with an answer about stock availability (despite the package already being sent?) and after some follow up emails, advised me that DHL set the price, and they can't do anything about it. They also claimed the pricing is because it has to go "around the world" and included insurance. I sent them a quote from DHL showing $65 including insurance. No response. Don't shop here if you care about after-sales service or support, they want your money and nothing more.

Aquatuning has an excellent selection of difficult to find enthusiast cooling parts which they offer primarily in Germany but of late have launched a USA facing website as well.

Shipping and processing time is that of a small e-commerce vendor, and may take a bit longer than we are used to in the modern age (2 to 3 business days processing minimums instead of same day shipping).

Shipping cost to the US for things like cases and power supplies can be extremely high. This shop, however has a wide selection and may be one of a limited number of places to buy truly unique items like new releases from bequiet! or alphacool.

Ich bin schwer begeistert - da hatte sich Aquatuning so richtig ins Zeug gelegt. Innerhalb von 48 Stunden hatte ich die Bestellung auf dem Tisch. Stoßsicher und stabil verpackt. Was will man mehr.

I Ordered a watercooling kit for my cpu/gpu and they sent it next day from ordering. It arrived 3 days later so very fast delivery overall considering it came from Germany to Finland. When I installed it I found out that the pump on the kit is faulty. I contacted Aquatuning with email and they answered during the same day, that they will send me a replacement pump and I don't even have to send anything back, saving me a lot of time! That is very good support from them!

Enorm schnelle Lieferung und völlig problemlose Abwicklung.

Habe seit der vorletzten Bestellung Probleme mit einem Produkt. Und unabhängig von der erstklassigen Bestellabwicklung wurde mir mit etwas Verzögerung doch sehr kundenorientiert geholfen. Das ist heute nicht mehr üble. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Hatte eine Bestellung aufgegeben, die nach über 10 Tagen nicht versendet wurde. Habe den Support kontaktiert, der sich ensichtig zeigte, entschuldigte und sofort eine neue Bestellung in Auftrag gab, die am Folgetag verschickt wurde.
Fehler passieren und sind normal. Aufgrund des netten und hilfreichen Supports gibts auch die beste Bewertung.

Bunch of lying scammers... I ordered some goods on Aquatuning.no. On the website it did state that there is no additional Tax fee. Guess what, they have sent the package from Germany, so I had to pay customs + VAT at the border. Nowhere on their website says that VAT is not included in the price and I also had over 500$ order and their *free shipping* was not free either.
