Order Alphacool gpu water block, dispatch was reasonably ok, opted for free shipping thinking the rest of the parts from another place will take time, but I was wrong, so the item arrived in the uk, so I decided to change the delivery date to 4 days earlier, request to UPS was delicned by the sender considering it says £0 to pay for the change , then opted to pick up from the depot myself, went to collect to be told item still in London not in my city. Anyway finally the item arrived, within 5mins of testing the loop, rusty colour appeared on the block, got in touch with alphacool and aquatuning about it and other things “ missing thermal pads”, RMA process started that’s when I realised I got big hassle on my hand, I had to pay for the return according to them and try and get refund from PayPal return refund service, which I wasn’t willing to do, I had to print out label using ups service and filling tons of info about customs took me a week to sort it out, and they literally all what I get told every time I ask question about how to send it back, I get “choose return item” , anyhow , managed to send it standard delivery , managed to get refund for the delivery but the choker , they got the item Wednesday and Friday got in touch with them again to see where my refund is, to be told they haven’t received the item yet, I have sent them the tracking no to show that it has been delivered, then got response to say it’s takes up to 7 days before they process the RMA, and in the meantime, I got my workstation sat there without the gpu block waiting for them to refund me so I can go elsewhere and buy what I need, total joke, never ever would I recommend this company or deal with them again

Die Lieferung ging zackig und auch die Auswahl auf der Webseite ist perfekt. Werde hier bei Bedarf zu 100% wieder bestellen und habe euch auch bereits schon weiter empfohlen

War alles ganz gut, website übersichtlich und sortiment ist mehr als ausreichend. Teile selber wirken hochwertig. Hatte nach einer Zeit leider Probleme mit der Pumpe allerdings habe ich mir eine neue hphlen können und die defekte wurde mir direkt erstattet. Es gab noch die direkte Umtausch Variante aber das war für mich der schnellste Weg meine Pumpe auszutauschen. Hat alle geklappt.
Vielleicht aber dennoch mal die Website ein wenig moderner gestalten.

Wiedermal bei Aquatuning bestellt und es lief hervorragend. Ein Artikel war doch nicht mehr lieferbar. Die Alternative war ein paar Euro teuer worauf mir aber ein Rabatt gegeben wurde. Am nächsten Abend war das Paket da.
