Extremely rude customer service team


Extremely rude customer service team who treat you like your ‘scum’ on their shoes, give out to you for having an accent (neutral London accent!) give no clarity whatsoever and leave you fuming with no resolution. They deserve to be fired, and will damage the Aquazzura brand in the long run.
I was ordering over 5k worth of shoes and ended up coming off a call in tears. 90% of answers being “I don’t know” which isn’t good enough. Would recommend you stick to jimmy choo or any other brand

Horrible shoes

Horrible shoes. I purchased seven pairs because I thought they are elegant and lady like shoes. I normally wear 9.5 but sales person told me to purchase 10. I trusted them and their guidance. Shoes are beautiful but fit is complete crap!! Spent over $8,000 in shoes to find out size 40 my heal pops out of shoes when walking. They told me to wear with heal grip and all kinds of BS still doesn’t help 😔 They will not return any of them 😡😡 I have at least six pairs never worn and two worn twice. Will never buy from them again. Just disappointed all around. No customer service just happier to stick it to you.

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service. The shoes that I ordered online have been stuck in customs for more than 10 days, I sent several emails and got no clear answer. Asked for a refund, no answer is sight. Such a shame for such pricy shoes
