Good fast delivery the first locks I ordered were the same as the ones you sent second time around because the ones I ordered were cheaper a mistake on your part me thinks

Hi Renko, sorry we did not receive an email reporting the problem, i have contacted our supplier, they apologise and will dispatch the remaining 2 keys tomorrow

We ordered 3 keys and only 1 arrived

We ordered 3 keys and only 1 arrived, however luckily i check most orders.
The company did send out the other 2 keys and thats why i rated 2 stars instead of 1.
Also the cost of the keys is very expensive.

Sorry to hear the issue, this was a simple human error with our supplier not reading correctly. They did resolve the issue quickly so a little disappointed in the 2 star review.
