Amazing experience! I did the design services and can't thank my designer Maria enough. She was able to tell the story of my wedding without even being there! I really appreciated the timeliness as well, I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!

They curated the photos for me then picked the best to use. The turn around time was quick and revision process was easy. I can't wait to receive it!

Made anniversary gifting easy!

I used the design support for my honeymoon book and it is going to be the best anniversary gift for my partner. The design process was super easy and loved how easy giving feedback was.

I did not have enough time or enough objectivity to review our hundreds of wedding photos and assemble them in an album. Before I knew it I blinked and it had been a year and our photos were all still trapped on our computer. I used the photo curation and design services and the team was great to work with. A little less in-person communication than I was expecting, but their collaboration tool was easy to get used to and the edits were prompt. We got an unreasonably large album, and with the services and printing it was a meaningful investment. With many reviews I saw on line I expected fabrication and delivery to take a while, but we received our book within a week. It looked beautiful, but there were some glue spots across the cover. They offered a reprint or a partial refund which left us feeling satisfied that the amount of money we spent with them was appreciated. We will definitely be using them again to create smaller versions for our parents.

I lost 3 weeks working with AI and freelancers from other countries on international tome zones. These slap the photos on the page and print options are horrible. No customer service. Read the FAQs. Mo human contact except to make you do more work. I finally found Artifact Uprising and Sarah made the tome to review the storyline outline that I wanted for my brother's 80th. She connected me to a designer named Maria. Before we even met she wasc100 percent engaged in the storyline that Sarah shared with her. Daily collaboration on balancing storyline with photos and revising each to give balance and continuity. 24 hrs notice and towards the finish of our work I asked her to create a Wanted Poster called The Great Heist with my brother and Father as the perpetrators. Less than a few hours later I had a hilarious wanted page with the text I gave to Maria. So many times you matched the text and recommended changes. All the way. Received the completed book within 3 days including shipping it is a work of art. A great tribute to my brother. I miss Maria greatly. We went into battle together and created a masterpiece. Thank you. So greatful.

Everyone I dealt with at Artifact was patient, kind and very helpful. They were amazing to work with. My friend that we were putting the book together for, passed away before it was finished. The staff was supportive and genuinely sympathetic and I appreciated their patience as it was difficult to finish the album. They were helpful as I am technology challenged and worked with me to get it all done.

Daniel was an incredible designer who went above and beyond to create the engagement album of my dreams. Definitely recommend paying extra to work with the designer -- what Daniel designed is 100x better than what I would have come up with. His creativity truly shined

Katharine did an excellent job at creating my wedding photo book. She informed me that the photos I had originally uploaded were not the highest resolution and wouldn't print as nicely in the book. Upon providing her with the proper res photos, she had my photo book ready in record time. No revisions were needed! I appreciate her fantastic communication skills and the quick turn around at creating the photo book. I would recommend Katharine and the design studio to anyone who asks. I hope to work with Katharine again in the future!

My interaction with Maria. Initially the task of building a book felt overwhelming but she assuaged all my fears and made the process easy and fun. So helpful and willing to try whatever I asked. And for a guy who's not very creative she played that role for me. Great experience all around

Helped me create multiple beautiful albums post wedding. Curation services are excellent and the team is excellent at listening to feedback and responding quickly. The albums are amazing quality as well.

The project was reassigned to Leah, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She is clearly a senior designer who took the time to connect with me directly, understand the goals, and move the work forward thoughtfully and quickly.

Leah was amazing! Not only did she do wonderful work with an artistic eye, she was able to hear my vision and make the edits quickly and accurately. I am so happy with my album and cant wait to receive it. I would highly recommend this service.
