DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered December 3rd. It’s December 23rd, no tracking number, no update, NOTHING. I have not received my $350 order and no one has followed up with me after 5+ emails. Ruined Christmas this year as this was my big gift for my significant other. I spent 30 hour crafting this gift for this horrible company to go MIA. Do not trust this company. No way to call or speak to a customer service rep.

Less than a week before Xmas and the cards I ordered in mid November are still not complete! A special shout out to Brian for being completely worthless and wasting my time chasing him for updates that were incorrect or an outright lie!

We had a wonderful experience working with Katharine on our family photo album. From start to finish, she brought such care, creativity, and attention to detail to the project. The final album captured the story of our family perfectly.

Communication was clear and professional throughout, timelines were met, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.

Such an easy seamless experience and I love the design and they implemented the feedback perfectly on the first round. Feedback was also very minimal and response timeline was quick!

My goodness it took me about two years to want to think about a wedding album and Artifact uprising made it so easy. From disseminating all 600 pictures I had to the best ones, to the design, and production. Moi was amazing to work with and always replied very quickly.

I’m still waiting to receive my wedding album, but I can’t say enough about how amazing Lizzy was to work with helping me curate photos and design the album! I was super overwhelmed and intimidated by the process and Lizzy was so patient and helpful, offering advice and options along with skillfully designing a beautifully laid out album. I’m so pleased with how it turned out and will treasure it forever!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Maria at Artifact Uprising. She was incredibly accommodating from start to finish and handled a huge, complex project for me on an extremely tight timeline. Despite the pressure, she never once made me feel rushed or like my requests were inconvenient.

Maria turned around edits unbelievably quickly, made multiple revisions without hesitation, and guided me through every stage with so much patience and professionalism. She also worked with very large file uploads and helped organize everything so the final product looked cohesive and beautifully curated.

Her communication was warm, reassuring, and proactive, I always felt like my project was in the best hands. This album was extremely important to me, and Maria treated it with the same level of care and attention I would have myself.

Maria Doka from Artifact Uprising designed beautiful wedding albums for me to gift to my daughters for Christmas. I could not be more excited for my family to get these! The pressure of sorting through all the photos and designing layouts was taken off of me during a busy time of year.

Assembling my wedding album was a bit overwhelming, it actually took me 4 years to get around to it! Once I got started I worked with Leah Delaney via Artifact Uprising design services and she was incredible! She gave me directon to easily narrow down my selects, offered technical support with uploading the large, hi-res files, and told a beautiful story of my wedding through a Signature Lay Flat Album. I can't wait to see it soon! Everything I've ordered from them in the past (guest book, family photo albums) have been top notch so I'm sure it will be gorgeous!
