Can't belive you don't tell people that delivery means rolling it off the lorry. We where made aware of this 20 mins before arrival. We had to leave it in front of neighbours garage until we arranged for family members to come and give us a hand. We wanted it up the side of our house no steps driver was very rude should off been told this before purchase I wouldn't off bothered. I also wrote an email nobody's replied

Amazing experience!

We ordered the 32mm pet Devine and were super happy with the quality. We ordered the sample box first to make sure we knew what grass we were going for and the grass matched the sample. Delivery was very quick (even arrived earlier than the slot we were given) and the driver took the grass to where we needed it for us. Really friendly guy!

Pet 30 avoid avoid avoid! We previously had grass from this company which was great, had it for 7 years then needed to replace and got the pet 30 so we were expecting the good quality we had before. How wrong we were! Within a few months the blades on this grass were flat! We have done everything you’re supposed to do but they remain flat and the company do not want to know! They state that this is a budget option (even though it doesn’t state that) and doesn’t have any guarantee. Well I will be looking into my consumer rights and will certainly not purchase from this company again.
