Excellent company who provided great customer service start to finish. My initial visit to the showroom left me with lots of good advice and a great impression from Angela. When I ordered and paid for the product (Pet Prime, Pet Specific grass), Angela was again super helpful organising a speedy and convenient delivery. Costi, the delivery driver, was right on time and kind enough to drop the grass exactly where I wanted it stored, to the rear of my house..and to top everything off, I received an exceptional installation service from Mark Zitnik and his team at ENA Property Services, recommended to me by Angela, who came in under half the cost of other quotes I had received. Just a super professional and helpful outfit; great to have a company like this in our local area.

What a service, if I could leave 10 stars I would, ordered my grass on Tuesday late afternoon order sent Wednesday delivered by Thursday. Absolutely fantastic got updates along the way from Colin to. Delivered by DX delivery who again gave amazing service.
My grass looks amazing when I rolled it out just need to fit it now.
Highly recommend Artificial Grass Direct first class service and quality.

Pet Product Not PU Backed As advertised
I've had many PU backed grasses over the years, saw the Pet Premium and thought i'd give it a shot as the price was good, product arrived and i knew straight away the backing was not PU but SBR Latex, PU backing has a more rubbery coating and is signifiantly stiffer than latex, the piece i received you could see the fine, grid-like texture of the woven fabric (the primary backing) showing through the coating, the back also showed small cracks when folded and was easy to fold whereas PU would be quite stiff.
Polyurethane (PU) is applied as a thick, liquid layer that usually fills those gaps entirely, leaving a smooth, monolithic surface that looks like a sheet of solid rubber or plastic. Seller said it was made to their specification but when i asked for a data sheet they sent me theirs over and not the manufacturers.

We’d like to clarify that the product you received is PU (polyurethane) backed as specified, but there are a few important differences in how modern PU systems can appear compared to traditional expectations.
PU backing is not always a thick, fully “filled” solid layer. In many current manufacturing processes, PU is precision-applied to achieve strong tuft bind while maintaining flexibility and drainage, rather than creating a completely smooth, monolithic sheet. Because of this:
It’s normal to see some of the primary polypropylene backing pattern faintly through the coating
PU can be flexible rather than rigid, especially in products designed for landscaping and pet use
Light creasing when folded does not indicate SBR — PU formulations vary and are often engineered to avoid brittleness
By contrast, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR latex) typically has a more absorbent, chalkier feel and different performance characteristics, particularly in wet conditions.
The specification we provided reflects the actual construction and materials used, and the product is manufactured to meet those standards. We understand that backing types can look and feel different depending on formulation, which can sometimes lead to confusion when comparing across different products or older installations.
