Ashford Ridge レビュー

Top quality belt. Very well made out of a 3.5mm thick piece of leather. Very happy with my purchase and great communication with the company.

I purchased two belts that are of outstanding quality and couldn't be more satisfied. The website made the ordering process seamless, and the items were shipped and delivered promptly. Their customer service is exceptional. I strongly suggest giving these belts a try.

Great experience begining to end, belts are gorgeous and small sizes in quality products so hard to find, I'll be back!

I ordered a belt for my wife as part of her Christmas present. It arrived on time and was of good quality. Subsequently I found I had ordered the wrong size. Having contacted the company they kindly exchanged for the larger size. Fantastic service.

Fantastic quality belt. Easy to use website and quick delivery.

Outstanding quality, excellent value for money

Great belts and excellent quality, really happy with the two I purchased.
Website super easy to use for ordering, shipped and arrived quickly and brilliant customer service.
Highly recommend these

Easy to order promptly dispatched. Good quality.
I would the next size up from your actual size.
Very pleased.

Prompt and polite responses to email from Phil.
Great quality with dust bags.
I also ordered the wrong size and quickly received my replacements due to a time constraint. Well done Ashford Ridge that’s why you’ve been trading for so long.

Amazing service and a wonderful product from a great company. Ashford Ridge is how a company should be and a great advert to buy from smaller family run artisan businesses. I screwed up and bought the wrong size belt, but an email to Phil at Ashford Ridge sorted it all out. I returned the belts and my right size was made the next day. Phil kept me informed all along the way. I can't thank you and the team enough for fixing my mistake in such an amazing way.

I’ve shopped with Ashford Ridge since my grown children were young. Outstanding quality and service every time.

Amazing business, product, price and customer service. Thank you

These are excellently made leather belts and they last and last. The happy little accident belts are great value for money.
You can tell they really care about the products they make.
Delivery was great as well
Many thanks

Honestly the best customer service ever..!
Phil is an absolute gentleman, when Royal Fail failed, he offered a replacement straight away.
The product itself is top quality and fits really well.
I’d definitely recommend Ashford Ridge to all my friends and family.

Wonderful! Brought these as a Christmas present for my dad, he loves them, really great quality and he put it on straight away. Brought on Saturday 20th December and arrived by Tuesday 23rd, the provided bag meant they were delivered ready to wrap. Dad also loved the fact the belts said who had made them which is a lovely touch. Thank you!

I was looking for a plain high quality belt for a long time - which seemed harder than I expected, until I stumbled on Ashford Ridge. The belt is strong, beautiful and exactly what I wanted. It arrived well packaged and has a tag with the maker’s name on it. Thanks, Alex!

Easy to use site, order was shipped very quickly and comms and updates were fantastic. Would definitely order from this business again. The leather belt was fantastic, great quality components and build. Came in a beautiful cotton bag as well, perfect as it as a gift.

The item was bought as a Christmas present so hasn't been used yet but it looks lovely quality and comes presented in a fabric gift bag. Will definitely shop here again

I purchased a belt here, it’s superb quality and will last a lifetime. Customer service is really good and I’d highly recommend this company.

I bought 2 personalised leather grains belt, black and brown. It is the second purchase as present. The quality of the product is excellent as well as the packaging. I am really satisfied with my purchase. Also I recommend this supplier for the customer service. As I did not upload my discount at checkout, I sent an email and the issue has been resolved promptly. Thank you so much for the service
