Dont be fooled by the prices and the made up delivery times- I placed an order with them with the 3-5 day delivery window which I accepted- 48 hours AFTER I placed the order I got notification of the delivery date on the following monday (ie 6 working days after I ordered). I was annoyed but worked from home to get the trainers- did not arrive and Im "waiting" for a new delivery date! Pathetic in 2026 that they can be so far behind EVERY other online retailer- will never buy from them or asics again.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pair of trainers and offered another 30% off due to sale weekend - no email confirmation but PayPal processed. Cancelled order, no communication nor why and only PayPal notification to go on. Terrible customer service. Ive been buying asics for years - time for a change. Order no. OUTGB37221027. Call me doubting but strange they offer a discount and then can’t deliver - clearly too popular. Trading standards anyone.

Great selection of shoes at knock down prices. Delivery within 2-3 days. BUT - the returns process needs a printer, and no QR code is used so for us it was to the library to print out a label and then a 30min drive to the drop off point.

They need to learn from Amazon on how returns should be done.

Ordine effettuato il 23 luglio con consegna 30 luglio posticipata poi al 5 agosto, il prodotto ad oggi 4 agosto non è ancora stato spedito. Non metto in dubbio la qualità del prodotto che arriverà sicuramente, ma se io acquisto un prodotto che mi dà disponibile, non possono poi giustificare i ritardi dicendo che in magazzino mancava.
