I found the Clarisonic Mia 2 for the best price on askder and received it at my door within a few days. Packaged well and item works perfectly. Couldn't ask for better service.

To be honest, I am not satisfied with the delivery service. It could be understood that the delivery pressure is huge due to the Black Friday. However, I have two orders which were created almost at the same time. One has been shipped, the other still pending. And I have no idea when i can get the other one and why it is like this.

I like how quickly I received the item, (in just two days)! But, since it is a Christmas present for my daughter; I will not know how well it works until then!

I easily found my everyday sunscreen, Total Block spf 65 transparent, on their website. Besides having free shipping I have the assurance of having fresh products - expires in June 2017!!! No local store carries sunscreen with an expiration date this far out. Also, received some free sunscreen samples. I will continue to use Ask Derm!

Well let me begin by saying that I'm always skeptical when it comes to online companies; however, my experience with this company was beyond fabulous. They had a great online deal that beat sephoras price on the foreo Luna mini by like $40. I then found a company even cheaper online that looked a little sketchy and they pricematched their price. Customer service was fast, responsive, and courteous. Shipping was super fast! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

The Mia 1 was promptly delivered within a few days, much quicker than I was expecting. The Mia 1 works as advertised, and I like it. It was about $20 less than I could have bought from a department store.

I am very dissatisfied.The website wrote delivered,but I have not received my package and no people tell me the reason.

best online store i have found to date! i spend quite a bit of time comparing prices and askderm has better prices on very *HOT* products... products that cost quite a bit more on other sites and were even out of stock in some stores. not only that, but my order arrived super fast and with several samples to boot! i will be a faithful askderm customer from here on out!
