GIVE INSTRUCTIONS THAT MAKE SENSE. I have attempted to reconnect my new phone to the huaewei health app over the past 3 weeks. I cannot get hold of a human to help (AI only). The app continues to send me in a loop. Huaewei are equally unhelpful. I would advise think very carefully about buying a GT5 PRO.

Nachdem ich das Abo bei Aspiegel manuell auf dem PlayStore gekÌndigt habe, wurde mir weiterhin Geld vom Konto abgebucht. Nachdem ich Aspiegel kontaktiert habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass Sie bei dieser Situation nichts machen können. Ich soll das Abo manuell kÌndigen. Daraufhin wurde schleichend und ohne RegelmÀssigkeit der Betrag des Abos auf meinem Konto weiter abgebucht. Absolut unprofessionell.
Das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Mail Nachfragen wurden mit automatisierten Mail wiederholenden Text beantwortet.
Nach mehr als 10 Tagen keinerlei RÌckmeldung zur Behebung oder LösungsansÀtzen.
Darauf kann ich zukÃŒnftig verzichten.
Iâm sharing two serious and separate cases involving Aspiegel.com, a Huawei Group company, which have resulted in violations of my rights as a consumer. Everything stated here is 100% real, proven, and backed by detailed evidence including photos, videos, screenshots, email exchanges, and delivery tracking data.
I have already submitted formal complaints to the European Commission, filed a petition to the European Parliament, and contacted the SOLVIT network, yet I am still open to a constructive, friendly solution if Huawei/Aspiegel is willing to respond properly and lawfully.
ð Case 1 â "Lucky Star" rocket points: unreachable smartwatch prize
I participated in the official "Huawei Lucky Star" promotion via the Huawei app and Aspiegel platform. The campaign advertised a Huawei Watch GT4 as a redeemable prize by collecting ârocketsâ daily. However, despite logging in and participating regularly, the required number of rockets was never disclosed upfront and was continuously increased, making the prize effectively unattainable.
This setup was misleading and gave false expectations to users who were incentivized to engage daily under the belief that the prize was within reachâonly to discover it was systematically withheld or marked as "out of stock".
This is a textbook example of a deceptive and unfair commercial practice, also reported by many other users.
ð Case 2 â Huawei P40 5G received without mandatory shipping document
In a separate case, I was awarded a Huawei P40 5G smartphone as a prize from a promotion. The phone was delivered, but without any transport/shipping document (DDT), which is a legal obligation in Italy, even for free promotional items.
This represents multiple legal issues:
Under Italian law (Presidential Decree 472/96), a transport document is mandatory for every shipment to ensure product origin, traceability, fiscal transparency, and proof of delivery.
The lack of a DDT prevents me from validating the origin or lawful possession of the device, creating risks in terms of warranty, tax obligations, and possible disputes with authorities.
Despite repeated and formal requests to Huawei customer service, no shipping document has ever been provided, nor any valid explanation given.

Despite the seriousness of these issues, I remain willing to resolve the matter amicably, provided that Aspiegel/Huawei contacts me formally and acknowledges the harm caused. I ask for:
the missing transport document for the Huawei P40,
an honest and transparent explanation regarding the smartwatch promotion, and
corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of such practices.
Huawei and its affiliates should act in compliance with EU law, Italian law, and fundamental consumer rights.

This company is scamming people - I paid a small amount to try an track a spam phone number calling me all the time. Unbeknownst to me they had subscribed me and kept taking out small amounts once a month - then the amount rose a bit so that then I really noticed it. As a result I have had to cancel my card and get a new one.
they took 6 euros from my account without me getting any service, or at least I don't know about it.
However, I have not used their service, and they have charged money.

Så har jeg endelig fået ASPEIGEL vÊk fra min bank konto. Jeg var nÞdt til at anullere min kredit kort og bestill et nyt. Man skulle melde dem til Europa Kommission for internet svindel.
Worst company ever. 1 month to respond emails.. donât respond sametimes. 3 months with invoice and they donât remove huawei account of a p40 pro.

I very stupidly signed up for cloud storage with these people via my Huawei phone. I think they may be connected to Huawei.
Never received a confirmation of subscription, or any details of the company or how to unsubscribe. Had to fine comb my bank statements to find them and will ask my bank to stop future payments as asking them to end the subscription got me no reply or results.
My advice is stay well clear!!! What they are doing is very deliberate.

I did not subscribe to this company. They expect you to ignore the small amount coming out of your account each month.

Aspiegel company is a big scam.
It's easy to subscribe to their services but then good luck trying to unsubscribe.
This company have been taking money from my account for over a year without me noticing. When I finally noticed and asked them to terminate the direct debit they referred me to a third party which from what they said, they had no information about making It impossible to contact this third party. Results I had to take the case to my bank and asked them to terminate my bank card and send me a new one.
They usually answer when you send an email but don't expect any refund if there is a problem and expect lots of hassle if you need to cancel a subscription.
It's fraud!!
