Jason is the quintessential gentleman and a true expert when it comes to cigars.
I cannot recommend Astoria cigars enough, the selection available is superb and prices are the best I’ve seen in the UK by a long way. The atmosphere and welcome is warm and relaxed. A must visit for any true aficionado.

Quick delivery & good communication, however would have liked there to have been a Boveda pack included especially when paying the price paid for the cigars ordered.

I paid for 1/2 day delivery however it was not delivered. So my gift was not delivered before the wedding day. And because my friends are on honeymoon. I do not even know now if they recieved it.

All but for a minor change in product the service was great.

I ordered my stick from the website for a click and collect.

I went over to Astoria where I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman who handed me my chosen stick for the afternoon which came with a complimentary cutter and matches.

It was a fine smoke indeed and a great service. Will most definitely by buying from Astoria again.

Ease of website for purchasing cigar. Came promptly and well packaged. Only criticism is that my name was Mary and it was addressed to Mark but that's not the end of the world!
