Service and communication

I’d ordered a small selection of cigars. It was Friday afternoon and I messaged them if they were in the post and on their way. Somehow my package had missed the post so they drove over to me and hand delivered later that evening. I’d call that very good customer service.

Brilliant

Wow, what a hidden little gem! A great selection of cigars and the best host/proprietor we have possibly ever met. Super cool and very knowledgeable, we can’t wait to go back and have a cigar with him one evening when the world is back to normal.
