Superb service from Jason, really knows his vitolas.

Sent everything first class recorded next day and the cigars where so well packed and presentation of the cigars were impeccable.

Hands on approach and care with every order wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Stay away from the big chain merchants and go with the personal touch that Jason provides you won’t be sorry.

Ordered 4 single sticks from Astoria online as I couldn’t go in due to lockdown. They came within a couple of days and were packed with a lot of care, including humidity control. Great cigars and service as always!

Having been on a search for a EL Ramon Allones 2019, Everywhere online was sold out and without being able to visit any local cigar shops due to the current pandemic, Astoria cigars were the only online retailers offering the exact cigar I was looking for at a shockingly good price!

After placing my order for that cigar and a few others, I was messaged directly from Jason apologising that one of the cigars I’d ordered was unfortunately out of stock....Jason then very generously offered he swap it out for a slightly more expensive cigar at no further expense to myself.

A couple of days later the cigars all came pristinely packaged and they were all brilliantly presented and in great condition, along with travel humidity packs to keep them happy during transit.

Great experience and will definitely be shopping here again. Many thanks to Astoria cigars and Jason once again!
