1kk sitten tilasin tuotteen. Maksutapana Klarna (onneksi). Tilausta ei edes käsitelty, kunnes se nyt oli peruutettu.

En suosittele kellekkään tätä puljua, täyttä kuraa tämä.

I ordered an item which was out of stock in september, tried to reach out a few times to hear about an ETA. Finally got an answer on the third try in december with a long story about how everything is bad for the company at the moment (and if true I do feel bad for them). However - still no ETA and no offer to return my money and annull the order. Find somewhere else for now.

Olen tilannut tuotteen jonka piti tulla viikon parin päästä. Kohta mennyt jo vuosi. Ei voi suositella eikä pisteitä antaa... Saatikka että yritys olisi saanut maksun palautettua.

Scam, no products, no money back.

I placed an order for an item that appeared to be in stock, but immediately after completing my purchase, it went out of stock. It has been impossible to reach customer support via phone or email. When I raised constructive questions and offered feedback on their Discord server, I, along with several others, faced a 7-day ban for expressing valid concerns. This situation is unacceptable.

Stay away

After ordering an astro camera with 3 to 4 days delivery my money has gone up in smoke after more than 10 months waiting. Late to no response on replies and worst of all no refund after cancellation of the order. This shop in my opinion is a scam and should be avoided to all costs.

The web site is still up and running and I am going to spend at least another €1500 of effort to bring this site down so other user will be protected against this sort of fraud

I initially suspected that the website was a scam, afer I had ordered an item from them in november without any feedback for a few weeks.

However, after a bit more that one month of waiting, a manager sent me an excuse message, explaining the business was having a hard time. He was likely catching-up with the leftover transaction little by little, and proceeded with proper cancellation of my order with a proper refund.

This is why I raised my note, it seems that the business is going though rough time, but not a scam. Hopefully for them it will improve soon.

I bought a telescope, it was not sent within the specified time. I asked when it would be sent, I got no response.

I then cancelled my order, and asked for a refund and got a response after about a week. They gave excuses about being sick or something, and said they would refund the money. A week later, still no money in my account. Sent another message, they blamed the payment company they used and said the money had been refunded in their system. I sent them another message, asking for my money, and they told me to contact my bank.

This nonsense has been going on for 5 months now, but luckily I will be getting a refund from my bank. I will probably report this company to the police.

Astroart får terningkast null komma null null null null null. Bestilte en APO refraktor, den ankom ikke til forventet leveringstid. De svarte ikke på e-post, de svarte ikke på telefon, de svarte ikke på meldinger, de svarte ikke på FB, men etter noen måneder googlet jeg firmaet og fant tak i eierne og sendte personlig melding på messenger og fortalte hva jeg syntes om dem, da fikk jeg svar. Det tok 2,5 måneder å få svar. Astroart har ikke likviditet til å drive et selskap, de har jo ingen penger, dette kan googles. Jeg fikk stoppet betalingen pga jeg brukte Klarna, Klarna får terningkast 6. De har noe småskit på lagret som kan hende de sender hvis dem orker. Utrulig dårlig drevet selskap. Jeg skal slette denne review'en etter 31.12.2027 pga det kan hende de skjerper seg, jeg har stor tro på mennesker og jeg er litt naiv :-)

Astro Art is fraud. I purchased camera from them and they disappeared with my money. No camera and no money. Open case in the police. Be aware!!

Ihan paskaa palvelua.. ei saa yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun. Peruin kaupat kaksi viikkoa sitten, ei ole rahoja vielä palauttanut. EI KANNATA tilata mitään. Joku huijaus liike

Bestilte en stor ordre for over 10000kr den fjerde april. Noen av produktene var forventet leveringstid 3-18 dager. Det er jo greit nok. Nå har det passert 5 måneder. Ikke nok med det, da jeg sendte en ganske saftig mail med klaging, fikk jeg beskjed om at jeg skulle få varen innen 2 uker. De to ukene er nå kommet og gått, og det har også tolmodigheten min. IKKE bestill noe fra denne butikken!
De har heller ikke endret noe som helst forventet leveringstid på produktene sine inne i butikken, så det står fremdeles at de forventer varen inn mellom 3-18 dager. Det har det nå gjort i nærmere 180 dager!

Their stated delivery times have no basis in reality. A product that was supposed to be shipped in 3-18 days still wasn't shipped after 2 months. Very hard to get in contact with customer service. After I cancelled the order there was just excuses for why I hadn't got my money. Still have not received my refund 2.5 months after cancelling the order. Safe to say the excuse was not the reason now I would say... I consider my self to have been scammed at this point.

Steer clear of this shop unless you want to gamble with your money.

I bought a tripod that was in stock. Fast shipping. Everything's OK. Very good price in promotion -20%. I'm very happy.

Fortsatt ikke fått varen, ikke fått svar på henvendelser heller.

Huonoa asiakaspalvelua. Todella hankala saada vastauksia ja kun vihdoin vastaavat niin aina jotain meriselitykseltä vaikuttavaa soopaa viestien alussa. Varastosaldoihin saati toimitusaikoihin ei ole luottamista. Valikoima toki laaja, mutta kannattaa olla tarkkana tämän toimijan kanssa.

Tilasin keväällä kuulapään. Kesti luukauden. Kyselin ja tulee kesäkuun lopussa, kyselin ja tulee heinäkuun lopussa. Valmistaja ilmoittaa toimitusajaksi 2-5 päivää. Ja he ovat ainoa maahantuoja. Pitää varmaan itse kirjoittaa tehtaalle että lähettävät sen astro artille.

Lot of nice products for astro-fanatic at decent price level, but if you buy something they don't have in stock, prepare for long wait. Customer service more that sad what comes to communication with customer. When you are eventually getting answer, just empty promises. Absolutely sad.. even when I decided to cancel part of the order due long delivery time, I'm still waiting for money payback after 7mnths after order cancellation. They also tried to double charge me of the scope I purchaced without any explanations that why this happened. Luckily I managed to get them to cancell it.

Huono ja hidas asiakaspalvelu. Tuotteita ei kuulu vaikka toimituspäivämäärä ylitetty kuukaudella. Aina vaan sanotaan, että tulossa on. Nyt tilaus on viimein peruutettu. Onneksi ostettu Klarnan kautta, koska voisin olla aika varma, että rahoja ei kuuluisi kovin nopeasti takaisin.
