I am still waiting for the delivery of


I am still waiting for the delivery of my order after more than 4 months.

Despite several follow-up emails (around ten) sent to the store, I have not received any response from them to this day.

The delivery tracking indicates that the package was supposedly delivered, but I have never received this item.

The complete lack of response from customer service is particularly concerning and makes it impossible to resolve this issue.

At this point, I unfortunately cannot recommend this store, especially due to the lack of customer support and follow-up.

We are genuinely sorry for the significant inconvenience you are experiencing and fully understand your frustration. However, we would like to clarify the situation in the interests of transparency for you and our readers.

Despite our repeated reminders and the filing of an official complaint, the courier GLS maintains that the parcel was delivered correctly according to their tracking systems. For this reason, the carrier has officially refused any form of refund, unfortunately preventing us from proceeding otherwise at an administrative level.

We apologise if you have felt a lack of support: resolving discrepancies between the courier’s claims and the customer’s findings is a complex process that requires significant time, often dictated by the carrier itself.

We invite you to write to us one last time at info@astrofat.it, so that we can work together to find an amicable solution, despite the courier having closed the case.
