Great underwear that don’t bunch, pinch or irritate! Like wearing nothing, but still having support. There was a small mix up with my order, but it was taken care of fast and efficiently. High recommend

Aswemove's customer service is great. I had one product where a defect showed up after a year of wearing, and they immediately replaced it. Also ordered some briefs from their Recover line that just didn't work for me. Within a few minutes of my review, customer service contacted me and replaced the product. I'm amazed at how quickly and competently they addressed those issues, especially when it seems like most companies prefer to just ignore any after-the-sale problems.

Amazing products. Very comfortable and I really hope you can expand sizing to XXL for slightly bigger men.

I’ve been really impressed so far, the quality of their products stands out immediately. The material feels premium, super comfortable, and very breathable. It’s one of those things you notice as soon as you put it on.
One feature I really like is that the style is printed directly on the wear. It makes reordering incredibly easy so if I find a fit or cut I really like, I can just check the tag and order the exact same one again without guessing.

On top of that, their customer service was excellent, I had to reach out with an issue, and they were helpful, courteous, and responded quickly, which honestly makes a big difference. Overall, really solid experience, a very high-quality product, thoughtful design, and great support behind it.

This was my first time ordering from them. I ordered several different items, but had a problem with one of the products. Customer service was prompt, polite and offered several options for satisfactory resolution. It was so easy. This will keep me coming back when the need arises.

After I ordered the styles I want d and the fit was not good for me, Aswemove customer service was right on top of it and day one corrected the problem and shipped out the pair that would fit. Their customer service is top notch. No hassle return went off no problems. Love the company and the products.

I found the end-to-end experience of shopping with Aswemove to be easy and efficient. I received an email shortly after receiving my order that suggested I reach out if I had any concerns, so I did, even though its not something I usually do. I had chosen the wrong size and they worked with me to get my items exchanged with no fuss at all. I even received multiple emails over the weekend, each showing a lot of willingness to help me.

I had a minor issue with one of the pair I ordered. I contacted support, sent pictures and explained what was going on. They answered fast and sent a replacement even faster. That helped earn a customer for life in my book. Thank you AsWemove!

Biggest waste of money and probably the dumbest purchase I’ve ever made. Three pairs of cheap fabric “cloth” took over a month to get here. They clearly have great marketing making their undies look sexy but they are absolute trash. No wonder they don’t ask you to leave a review after ordering and why when you look up the company there is no place to even leave a review. There is only “see the reviews” and they are all highly rated. Must be paid off or they are robot reviews.
130 dollars for three pairs of the most useless trash is such a scam. Hope not too many more people fall for this garbage company.

Oh yeah, I love the AsWeMove underwear brand for guys. You need to stretch ‘em a bit at first and they’ll mold right to you. I got some of the first ones available and collected some of every color (not a fan of the Koi but something for everyone). But, the best thing is the fit, maybe also the feel, plus there are no seams. Anyway, the site is maybe a bit polite in describing the three different “systems”. What they mean by “Rest and Lounge” is ‘how you hang’ and the Recover system is so sheer and nice. Like hanging in air with support.

I've ordered from them probably half a dozen times. Not ONCE have I been disappointed. Customer service via email was punctual and helpful! Of the dozens of pairs that I own, only one had what I chalked up to a stitching flaw. Not worth debating in the grand scheme of things. As long as new colors come out, I'll continue to be a customer. My only wish is that they'd start a reward program and apply past purchases to it!

$100 mistake
. Sizing incorrect. I’m a 33 waist 170lbs. 5’8” so average.
Trouble with shipping to start which I can be patient and it did come in three days later than expected. Fine. Read the return policy. Great. Tried one pair on. They feel silky smooth. Ordered my usual size medium because the company size chart suggested it. I ordered the undies that have more room for my big guys down there.
The fabric in the private area is breathable and see through. It does not expand a whole lot so everything was pretty locked in place. The back part seem is across my butt making it into a four butts look. Definaty should have gone a size up. I opened up the other two pairs because hey, I made that decision and same thing.
They run smaller than regular sizes of anything anywhere. The model picture shows a huge package and that must be a cod piece in use because that is what I was expecting for room. So I tried it. A $100 investment going to my partner who is smaller size.

I have contacted costumer services due to an issue I had. They were very helpful and quick to respond to my needs. I have had nothing but great experiences with the products and the service they provide.

I cannot say enough about how great the service from ASWEMOVE is, they are very fast in answering any problems one may have and stand behind their product. If there is any problems they solve them fairly and fast. Their underwear is like wearing nothing at all. They are so comfortable and keep my boys cool and dry. They are the best for travel also, they do not take up room in your suitcase. They can be washed and dried overnight. These are a must for travelers. Cannot recommend a better product and a better company that gives A-1 Service. Thanks

Started off with a high price and slow shipping... but with a miniscule defect, they replaced it with zero hassle and a bunch of discount codes, they are much more resonable on price. They are very polite to deal with and never make you feel like you did something wrong over replacement. And they are super comfortable, breathable, and easy to take care of.
