Love the products. Super comfortable.
Recently purchased a shirt which after trying on was too small. Return process was not to difficult and this shirt was replaced with larger size. New/smaller companies tend to have a more steps oriented return process. AsWeMove was simple enough.

The fit is perfect and just as described. Also, the materials feel high-quality and built to last. The underwear works exactly as I hoped, making daily wear effortless. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the design and the attention to detail, it shows they care about their products. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend AsWeMove to anyone looking for reliable, well-made underwear.

I would like to share my experience with As We Move. My personal opionion is their customer service team which consistently provides outstanding and timely reponses through e-mail, which I greatly appreciate.

Over the years, I've purchased many of their different movement products. It took some time to find the movement fit and style that best suited my body composition, as certain fits works better for some individual than others. For me, the Dominate line offers the best peak performance fit compared to the Aspire and Recover lines. This is simply what works best for my body and may not be the same for everyone,

Regarding shipping, I would like to potentially see a single, consistent carrier used for deliveries. Different carriers in the past orders have lost two of my orders in transit.

Overall, I am a happy customer and will continue to support As We Move with all my future orders.

I’m so glad to have the opportunity to review AsWeMove. I’ve been a longtime fan, and honestly, I’m surprised by some of the comments here about things being difficult. My experience has been the complete opposite.

Returns were simple and straightforward, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. I didn’t find the right fit at first, but Akie and Kenneth helped guide me to a better option and made the whole process easy.

I’ve recommended AsWeMove to so many of my family and friends, and I’m truly grateful for this brand.

I’ve been a customer since 2020 and have had nothing but positive product experiences. I recently had an issue with one pair and customer service quickly responded to the issue to my complete satisfaction. Great product, great company!

Sketchy company. Helpful at first in email and 6 emails sent from me with no assistance for returning an item after first 2 response.
No phone number for speaking to a representative. BEWARE. STAY AWAY.

They appear to have a generous return policy, but when you actually go to make a return, it is exceedingly cumbersome. I made a single purchase of a 10-pack of underwear. When I needed to return it, nowhere on the site gave me access to a return portal. I had to email customer service just to get the portal link. Then, when I used the order number provided on my purchase email, the return portal rejected it. I had to ask customer service, who then provided some mysterious number I had never been given access to. Then, I had to take a picture of each of the individual items in the pack (10 pictures) and had to upload each individually. Along the way I was asking customer service if there was an easier way because this seemed like overkill for $35 items. I couldn't tell if I had an AI or a person because the answers were a bit evasive. They rejected my first return request because I took a picture of all ten packages at once, so they could see that - per their policy - 9 were still sealed and only one was open. But they still required me to go in and take 10 more pictures and submit them. When I asked where I could leave a review, they ignored my question. Twice. It feels so sketchy and weird at this point.

For the third time this seller failed to ship my product . Had to file a dispute through PayPal to get my refund.
NO response to communication. Worst customer service ever.

Within 1 month of wearing, my husband saw the fabric inside the underwear tear. It’s the area where your package goes. I have reached out to the customer service about this subject for 5 times and nobody is willing to respond to it. They wiggle their way out of answering questions and instead lay the fault at the customers feet. Their unwillingness to fix the issue resulted in us finding another vendor that sells the same type of underwear but of better quality.

Update: Aswemove customer service owned up to their promise. Goods delivered and credit processed. Upgrading my rating to four stars from one. Thanks to customer service supervisor Ariana who helped me out.

Ordered couple of items during their Memorial Day sale. Still haven’t received them a week later. The person on their online chat service said there was an error at their warehouse and that I would be refunded for the inconvenience and still receive my items at an uncertain future date. We shall see. Will update this posting when I get my refund and items.

The Aspire Classic Brief almost lives up to its advertisement of "zero-feel tech." But you can still feel the compression from wearing it. And as an autistic individual, this unfortunately puts a damper on what sensory comfort there would have been otherwise.

Aswegetrippedoff! Worst underwear.....it's like wearing stockings. Sent me the wrong sizes...completely ripped off! All their reviews are fake! designed in Canada made in China? omg! these sucks worse than wearing your mother's underwear!

Sizing chart not right. Says large by measurement , both pair just want to slide down. Not cheap to just throw away. Would not recommend. And as far as their high star rating on their site I’m not too sure. I reached at them to try to leave one and they want you to send them first. I doubt my one star would make it . This is what they sent me when I tried to leave one (From the information on our website team, the review links are now sent via email if the option to place a review on our website is not available.) luckily, there’s a lot of places to leave reviews
