Athens Car Rental - ACR レビュー

Excellent service from ACR for the 4th consecutive time! The car was new and in great condition, the process of collecting and returning the car is efficient and hassle-free and the staff super friendly (even at 3am!). The new premises are also very convenient. Keep up the good work!

Great experience!
Top class, High quality service!

This was the third time I have rented from ACR and my experience for my five week rental this time was exactly the same as my previous rentals. ACR is an excellent car rental company. Pick up at Athens airport was speedy and it was easy to find the ACR rep displaying a board with my name on it. On arrival at the depot a five minute drive away I was given a good, clean, well maintained car which was almost new. It was easy to examine and photograph the car for any damage. Rental rates are very competitive and all staff very helpful and friendly. Communication via email and WhatsApp before and during the rental was quick and useful. Drop off at the depot with subsequent shuttle to the airport was efficient and quick. I would expect to use ACR for all future rentals in Athens.

Excellent and very professional customer service and communication. Extensive variety of new vehicles to select from and much better pricing than the multinational car rental companies.
Highly recommend and very happy to be able to support a Greek company and it's employees.

Our experience was really seamless. The price was reasonable and the car was perfect for us. It was new and really clean! The team agreed to drop the car to us at our apartment in Athens which was very convenient, and we dropped the car back to their office near the airport when returning it.

They took us to the airport and even offered us water for our journey. It was such a lovely service - I'd definitely recommend ACR and choose them again when travelling to Athens.

Very friendly, transparent smooth experience. Airport pick up & return is very easy, definately a much better company to deal with than the typical airport names. 100% pleased, no complaints !!!

Car rental in another country can be a minefield! But the Guys at Athens Car Rental made the whole process easy.
The communication was clear and helpful. We were met at the airport by a very freindly and efficient team to be transported via luxury minibus to the ACR depot where we were given a car that was immaculate inside and out.
The returns process was equally efficient. The team went out of their way to help us on our onward journey.
When we return to Greece we will certainly be using their service again.

What a fantastic company. Simple, straitforward car hire. No trying to hustle you to buy extras. Great service, great prices, excellent vehicles and lovely people. They even.paired my phone to the infotainment system. No hire company has ever done that before! Just use them.

Had the car delivered to us in the centre of Athens. Very smooth hand over and checking process carried out by a friendly staff member. The car was great, we only requested a small car and got a fiat panda. Car was in great condition. We took it on three ferries to islands and drove back from Nafplio. Some companies don’t approve ferry travel. Car ran very well and was also economical. Dropped the car off at the ACR depot near to the airport and once again the check in was stress free. In the past I’ve had issues with other companies over excessively examining the cars. We were quickly transported to the airport. I must say the ACR experience is one of the best I’ve had in many years of hiring cars in Europe. Would definitely use again.

Best rental car agency in Greek. It was a very good experience. Everything was very professional and uncomplicated. Thanks again for the politely service

I have ancient Athenolia Olive trees and every year I travel to the harvest on a very short notice. No matter how short the notice Athens Car Rental is always accommodating.
ACR new building is very easy to locate and minutes from the airport.
Thank you guys for the car on my recent emergency trip. See you in a couple of months for the upcoming harvest

OMG - EVERY car rental company in the world needs to take lessons from this company. They are AMAZING ! ! They were so efficient, friendly and thoughtful. Communication was excellent, right where they said they would be. Short easy ride to the office. Here they SHINE ! ALL cars are parked inside a temperate building so othey are shaded from the hot sun. Drop off is 8 feet from the check-in counter! ! ! No high pressure sales to up-grade! 5 minutes total and I was ready to do. Got exactly the car I ordered, it was almost new, in perfect shape. Return was equally as easy. EVERYONE I encountered was friendly, efficient and welcoming. THANK YOU for the most amazing rental experience ever! I have rented a LOT of cars in many cities and countries, nothing comes even close to what you offer!

Excellent communication,, friendly staff, great rate , loved the experience! Highly recommend them!

Fast and efficient pick up from the airport. Quick trip about 6-7 mins away to holding yard. Car was waiting - clean, and new. Same in reverse when dropping it back.
Highly recommended, as I have had very different experiences from other car hire companies.

Great experience. They met me at a location and time of my choosing, and picked it up in a similar fashion, which was extremely convenient. Great vehicles, very friendly staff, great prices, and released the deposit in full the minute I returned the car. Also, was able to access multiple ferries with the car for no extra cost, unlimited mileage, and they included insurance. Excellent company to work with!

Un servicio y un trato excelente coche totalmente nuevo y muy limpio, mejor imposible. Aunque contratamos el seguro a todo riesgo era más barato que otras compañías, un 10

You're personaly welcomed at the airport by an agent of the company who deliver you your vehicle booked on the website. Our arrival was during the night, our departure at 2 am and the ACR delegated one of their agent to manage directly with you the rent of the car. Perfect !
Service is at the TOP !

First the reaction time was the best for all the companies I have checked.

100% availability, the car was one time as we set the guy that handle the car was very friendly and very professional, step by step he showed everything including thing I didn't se my self like small bumps on the car.

The car was new and very very good.

When I put it back the guy was waiting for me on the air port and was very efficient and friendly.

The communication was good everything was e mailed me.

Great service!
Communicated with us via WhatsApp and met us at the gate in the airport.
Everything was clear and transparent and we got just what we needed.
Will definitely use their services again next time I am in Greece.
