Over $300k in potential pipeline in one month.

I do high-ticket B2B sales in the United States, and working with Roman and Atom Acquisition helped me bring in over $300k in potential pipeline in one month. Just to be clear, that’s potential pipeline, not $300k in closed revenue. Obviously, I didn’t close all of it, but my closing rate into pilots was around 10–15%, which I consider a decent result for a pilot.

But beyond the numbers, Roman has genuinely helped me develop my business, and that’s a big part of why I’m writing this.

He helped me craft my offer, work on the creatives, and bring everything together into campaigns we could actually launch. Having someone involved in both the offer and the advertising was really valuable to me. With high-ticket B2B, I care about more than getting attention. I need to be confident in what I’m offering and how I’m presenting it, and Roman helped me work through that.

He took full ownership of the acquisition system. That’s probably one of the things I appreciated most. I’m running a business myself, so being able to trust someone to take responsibility for their part makes a massive difference. Roman brought his knowledge and his team into the process and helped get things moving, rather than leaving me to figure out how to put it all together.

Delivery was fast as well. We were up and running in around a week. He launched the ads and campaigns and helped me through the process. There’s always plenty to think about when you’re trying to grow a business, so I really appreciated how quickly we went from working on the offer and creatives to actually being live. I’ve also learned a huge amount from working with him. The value for me hasn’t only been having someone run the campaigns. It’s also been getting his input, working through things together, and coming away with a better understanding of what we’re doing. That’s something I’ll carry into the business going forward, and it’s a big reason I see this as a long-term relationship.

Roman is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he has a great team around him. But on a personal level, he’s also just a really good guy. He follows through on what he says he’s going to do. That matters a lot to me. When someone takes ownership, delivers quickly, and backs up their words with the work, it becomes much easier to trust them and build something together.
We’ve actually become friends through working together, which has been a really nice part of the whole experience. I respect him professionally, but I also genuinely enjoy working with him. For someone I’m planning to build a long-term relationship with, having both of those things is important.

At this point, I want Roman involved in every business project I take forward. My goal is to scale my business to seven figures a year with him. We’re not there yet, and I’m not presenting that as a result we’ve already achieved, but that’s the direction I’m working towards, and he’s the person I want alongside me for it.

I didn’t really know what to expect when we started with Roman, but the campaign has worked a lot better than I thought it would. We had 52 qualified sales calls booked in the first month and closed 28 of them with our the closer supplied by Atom. Think the average cost per call came out at about $102. The biggest win for us is that the pipeline actually feels predictable now and the call quality has been insane.
