Took out this policy for a cruise I am going on. After adding my medical conditions I was happy with the result.

The price was very good.

All good 50 days cover no problem

Would not use this company again 3 months and still waiting for small holiday claim to be settled, no response by several emails sent asking for update, sitting on the phone waiting for response over 30 mins losing the will to live. disgraceful service

I don't know how good they are because I didn't need to use the insurance...I previously used Ergo travel insurance..DONT!!!!! 3 MONTHS to claim for a cancelled flight and still no outcome ..probably all the same
