Staff are always friendly and courteous. Very good at keeping the customer informed - especially one who knows nothing about cars! Patiently explain issues when queried and always quick so I'm not left without my car for too long.

I'm just sorry I didn't get the names of people to say how great you were. I interacted with two people, both of which had the utmost customer service attitude. Went to get some winter tyres on and they did the job with a smile and to perfection, even highlighted my ordering disparity as a check to make sure I had the right tyres (I wanted run flat and there were summer non-RF on there so they called it out) - THANKS COLNE ATS :->

Efficient; professional service.

The back bumper of my card was banged whilst new tyres were fitted to the front. Now I have to obtain two quotes to get the bumper repaired.

Very poor - arrived at ATS Colne for an appointment I’d made one month prior only to find the centre closed. A tatty hand written note stuck to the door stating ‘closed on Saturdays until further notice’. Great, especially when it’s for an MOT which was due to expire. No contact from the centre prior to my appointment nor since. ATS Customer Service aren’t interested and sent me an insulting ‘go away’ 10% discount voucher. Which is of no use as I will not be using ATS again.
My request to escalate this via X (Twitter) have gone ignored. Shocking customer service and the final time I will ever attempt to use ATS after years of using their branches across the country.

My MOT was carried out right on time. The guys were courteous and honest and showed me evidence of their findings.

Great service. Staff kept me updated with what they were doing and received a good deal on air con re gas.

After years of using ATS all the old staff have now gone and everything that was an advisory in the past is now a fail on my MOT.
The guy on reception had to look up how many days were valid for a retest and said he wouldn’t charge me… as if it was a favour 🙄
Won’t be taking our cars there again!

The was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

In an attempt to procure a full set of Michelin winter tyres I paid £709 online to ATS. In short they neither had the tyres, nor could they source them. Contrary to their conditions of sale, they didn’t offer equal or better, because it would have cost them money. Only low quality options available. 6 days ago I agreed to a full refund. Chased payment 4 days ago. Contacted customer services 3 days ago and was advised the refund will be 2 to 5 days. Until I get my money back I can’t afford to buy from elsewhere. They are still offering the same tyres for sale online and through Michelin web links. The second star awarded is for Moh of ATS Colne. Very pleasant chap who I’m sure would thrive in a company with better business ethics.

Always amazing service at this branch of ATS wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else !!
