Friendly polite attention on booking MOT over phone - unable to book online but thankfully gave same deal which was great. Very thorough face to face discussion with mechanic after MOT which was reassuring and very helpful

Car was booked in for its MOT and passed - Luke was polite and informative, took time to answer a couple of wee questions I had. Everything went smoothly and they did the MOT promptly. Very happy with the service I received.

Extremely helpful staff, both in the reception role and good clear analysis and feedback from the engineer.
I will be back for a full suspension alignment when the identified faults are corrected.

The guys are friendly and polite, informative and really respectful. Fitted the car in 2 weeks before anyone else could and did a full health check which they explained fully and sent a report of without pushing any additional work. I'd definitely recommend

Unexpected damper spring break on way to Galashiels. Popped in ATS to get checked out. Was initially to be a weeks wait for the job to be done but managed to get it done while we waited. Excellent customer service, price properly broken down and explained, additional safety check on other springs and advice regarding wheel alignment which we also had done. All in all cannot fault. Thank you..

I have used this outlet for at least 5 years
for tyre tracking pre-mot check puncture repairs wheel balancing for my cars
The Latest experience has been exceedingly annoying
After a puncture repair which was done twice, I had all my tyres refilled with nitrogen for £14.40 I went back to check puncture repair was holding and recheck the pressure A trainee offered to help but I informed him it was the Nitrogen needed Unfortunately approval was not granted by the manager he said they were too busy and I had to book This not the first time the New manager has been, to say the least, uncooperative to providing customer care, First of all, there is not appropriate booking for tyre pressure on the ATS site Also this depot never ANSWERS the phone In the past this depot was happy to help great customer care It seems the current manager who is not even qualified to carry out Mots is bereft of an essential service for clients i. e to go out of their way to provide excellent customer care, In fact, he inferred I was an awkward customer !! Conclusion I wouldn't trust this depot under his management to carry out any mechanical repairs to my cars Strongly recommend going next door to AG Lees at least your car will have someone who has the mechanical experience and ability you can trust No I have no
association in any way with them but they have I am told an excellent reputation in the area with a qualified MOT mechanic As for this manager he needs to be retrained as he has let down the previous excellent service this depot provided before he arrived
