ATS have not replied to my complaint. Nearly 2 weeks ago.
I have since taken the car to an aircon specialist who has re-gassed my system no problem. He could find no leaks as stated by ATS.
This company has drained my system and left me without aircon for no reason. I would never in million Sundays let them touch any part of my car in future. In my opinion they are incompetent and furthermore not replying to complaints in a timely manner is unacceptable. ATS hang your head in shame!

Do not use Lincoln branch
Booked an Aircon regas through Groupon, my Aircon was blowing cold but not great, attended Lincoln branch for the service, informed after 45 minutes that they couldn't do the job due to a leak (even though the system had gas in it to start with)
Called a local mobile engineer (Coolcar Lincoln) who came out the same afternoon, on popping the bonnet found the ATS technicians had snapped the coolant return pipe which was immediately above the valve where they would have connected up to and coolant was spraying all over my engine when the engine was running.
It would seem to be down to luck that I had made it home without the car overheating and I am disgusted that I was allowed to drive away from the branch like this which could have resulted in a knackered overheated engine.
Not only was this dangerous but also negligent on the part of ATS.
Do not use these cowboys !!!
Whilst Groupon is cheap you can look locally and find a better service for the same price.

Let me order and pay for two tyres that…
Let me order and pay for two tyres that they did not have in stock and could not even get for several weeks. No suitable replacements either so I asked for a refund. Was told it would take them a week to give me my money back.
