Shocking service - don't believe me try calling them and speaking to complaints. They take your money and then call to say they cant get the tyres. They will not write or confirm so you can't go elsewhere until they eventually issue a refund.

Tyres arranged by Blackcircles & fitted by Poole branch.
Tyres where replaced as my MOT was due.

Car Failed MOT as one of the tyres was fitted the wrongway round!!!
Returned to branch to have tyre removed & correctly fitted, they refused & to correct their mistake! Saying to come back in 5 days as at an inconvenient time!
When i tried to sort out ths problem they started shouting & swearing at me so i shouted back & they threatened to call the Police which they did, i waited for the Police who did not arrive.

DO NOT USE THEM!

Booked my car in for an MOT and service at ATS a month ago. Turned up this morning and the guy told me with a smirk they aren’t doing MOTs at the moment and someone should have told me. No apology. I left the car with them to do the service and when I collected the car I wasn’t given a receipt or any information about what worked had been done. They didn’t even stamp my log book. I now can’t drive my car for a week as it doesn’t have a valid MOT. Appalling service and I wasn’t even given an apology. I would like a full refund. Avoid using these cow boys.

It is a shame really that staff have no clue what they are doing absolute “Run by cowboys who have no idea what they are doing. I had booked and paid Took my car to inflate nitrogen, took my car in and did nitrogen top up, did not deflate the tyres and refilled with fresh nitrogen? I have used nitrogen for my tyres in the past and I know how it is done!. I questioned the staff why are my tyres are not done as per the quality standards he replied this is how it works! The staff are unhelpful . This is disgusting customer service and not trustworthy unreliable, if it continues it this type of service ATS is going to go down hill

Very helpful bunch of lads and fitted me in last minute.

I ordered 4 Sumitomo tyres for my van on line. A 50 mile round trip to Poole. Got to the fitters early and he said about 30 minutes. Ok, then 30 minutes later we can fit your tyres now but not the ones you ordered, He admitted he knew when I arrived but said nothing in the hope I'd say "that's fine, go ahead". I don't work like that, I ordered the tyres because that is what I wanted. They will get your money immediately but two to three days for the refund. Last time I used ATSW they fitted car tyres to my van and when one disintegrated they said it was my fault. Rubbish company and will never trust them again.

ATS attended to the air con issue quickly and professionally. I will remain cool in my car now.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the limited tyres the XJS can have. Tyres were ordered promptly, booked in, and fitted very quickly.

Took 45 mins to do the aircon, friendly staff.

Helpful and friendly,only trouble was the re-gas did not seem to make the air conditoner very cold.ps this could be because it is a fairly old car though,just a bit dissapointed.

At time of booking I made clear I needed job done by a specified time because I had to be elsewhere. Booked in for 8:30 I was assured job would be done on time and would receive a call. I had to call and it was late - not by much but enough to make me late. Perhaps the error is mine? My point is if the time could not be guaranteed it should be stated and I would have booked another day. The job was for break pads via a service and I was quoted £167 but it also required discs. Total £302 which I hadn't budgeted for. It was acknowledged this should have been picked up in the service. The guys doing the work however were very pleasant, calm and acknowledged my frustration appropriately.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Very happy with the job done in recharging air conditioning and anti bac.

I was served by George. The service was excellent and George even speak some polish words which is great;) Communication was brilliant.
