I took my car today for its MOT and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable and lovely
I was put at ease straightaway
I cannot praise them enough

It was a great experience considering the nightmares I’ve had with other garages
I will be using this garage all the time from now on

The tracking service was really excellent, the engineer explained everything in terms I could understand
The call centre number when I enquired about 2 new tyres was very costly. I rang another garage to compare like for like tyres and found them to be £140 cheaper

Great communication and service

The two members of staff I came into contact were very pleasant and helpful as well seeming to be very knowledgeable. The technician, Scott, as well as the above kept me updated throughout the process of resetting the tracking on my car. There was a visual display also to show me how things were progressing. A job well done.

It was easy to book an MoT and service. The work was carried out on time and everything was clearly explained. The staff were cheerful and welcoming.

My appointment was on time. The people working there were friendly and helpful. I was losing pressure on the rear nearside tyre. The person looking into the problem removed the tyre and found a nail in the centre of the tyre which he showed me. He then told me it was repairable. He then proceeded to repair the tyre. All the work was carried out quickly and professionally. It's also nice to know that if they find a problem and it can be repaired they're not just going to try and sell you a new tyre when it's not needed like some other places. It also gives you the feeling you can go back again and be treated properly and respectfully

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. The website wasn't letting us book so spoke to ATS Retford direct and they were extremely helpful in helping us book the required service and date we required.
