Straight forward process from booking,dropping my car off and collecting it 👏👏

Booked and paid for 4 new tyres mobile fitted 4 weeks in advance to fit with my diary. Started well and then fell to bits. Said fitting would be between 8.30-17.30 on my chosen day. Waited in all day and got a text message at 13.51 saying tyres were not in stock and would not be in stock soon. They were unable to find any alternative for my Q5!! A full refund would be processed. Very poor service and must have known that they were going to fail the day before to avoid me wasting my time waiting for a no show. Will never use them again and will never recommend them. Poor integrity.

Prompt and professional service, highly recommended

This was for an MOT (passed!). All done in good time and efficiently. I also had good chat and learned a couple of things about MOTs that I didn’t know.

I bought 4 new tyres from ATS in Stirling. Before I came in I spoke with Fraser and was given important, accurate and relevant advice. It was easy to book the appointment online, and the price was the best with my Blue Light discount. Fraser was accommodating and helpful throughout, giving me continuous updates throughout the procedure. The waiting area was warm and comfortable. The work was completed in half the time I was quoted, and Fraser even delayed taking his lunch break to get it done quicker, as he knew I was taking my son to the hospital after the new tyres were put on. What a superb experience, I cannot commend Fraser and his team highly enough, thanks so much for your amazing service.

The Receptionest was very courteous , manorable on arrival . Although I was early for my appointment he managed to fit me in for the work required . Excellent service , would definately recommend this particular depot.(Stirling)

I booked my car in with ATS Euromaster for a service, wiper blade replacement and an MOT. I dropped the car off the day before, but instead of following the booking they moved the MOT earlier to suit themselves — and failed it. The reasons? A couple of issues that would have been picked up in the service, and even the wiper blade I’d specifically booked to have replaced!

When I raised this, the responses I got from customer service were vague and dismissive, avoiding any responsibility. The failure now sits permanently on my MOT history, even though it was completely avoidable.

As ATS chose to close the matter rather than resolve it, I won’t be using their services again.
