Managed to squeeze us in for some urgent work before Christmas. Very helpful, honest about work that was and wasn’t required.

Following the previous complaint that has not been responded too I have since had the car Inspected by another garage and they have informed me that the left track rod end clamp securing bolt has infact been snapped off.

The car received full health check by BMW only a month prior and was given a full bill of health. The car has only been touched by ats truro since and the technicians there have clearly over tightened the track rod end and snapped the bolt off. This car is now dangerous and unfit to drive. I have taken my 2 year old child in the back off this vehicle and ats truro have let the car go back to a customer in this Manor. This is utterly despicable. I would be well within my rights to take full legal action. The car will now be going to BMW and I will expect the bill for the snapped track rod clamp to be covered by ats. I have yet to even receive the refund for the original non received service. I cannot even attach a photo as the website is so poorly designed that it cannot upload photos from a modern camera phone! Ridiculous.

I came in on the 05/09/24.
Had an alignment done but today being the 04/10/24 my alignment is bad on my car it’s been picked up on my service. I contacted ATS in Truro and was told I’d have to pay for this to be done another £55. And that I should have brought it back before a month, Terrible customer service would never touch them AGAIN. They tried to say it was done properly and that I’ve hit a pot hole to cause this which I HAVEN’T. Absolutely fuming if it wasn’t for my service I would have been driving around like this for ages.

ATS Truro are a shambles.
Gareth the Workshop manager has the worst attitude towards work and towards the other employees. I have waited over 2 hours to have 4 tires changed, they had other cars queued up and yet he still didn’t lift a finger instead just walked around the work shop dragging his heals and criticising the the other staff. The young chap who did change my tires did a great job especially as he was working alone and under pressure.

Re-gassed my car AC. It worked badly for about 3 days then stopped working. After I complained they did a pressure check and told me there is a leak on my system somewhere.

After making a formal complaint they did refund me in full.

Efficient friendly service

Truro branch took 75+ mins to change 2 front tyres, (I was the only car in) . They put my vw passat estate on a ramp and centrally jacked it, damaging the gearbox in the process. After care took weeks to get back to me and basically said 'prove it'. If you could give negative stars I would

Helpful and friendly staff with a good level of knowledge. Left the car with them for about an hour and they had the tyres replaced and car ready to go.

The second time in a few months that I've needed to use ATS Truro whilst finding a puncture. The team managed to fit me in and sort it out really quickly and easily both times.
