Booked online for wheel alignment. Booking slot said 8.30-9.30. As the place doesn't open till 8.30 the booking shouldn't start from the minute it opens as you can't arrive early and the staff aren't ready for you .
Other than the start time the work was carried out faster than expected and a report was emailed later in the day. The engineer was very pleasant and will use the services again.

Order reference: 2725657 - awful customer service
I booked an appointment (Order ref: 2725657) for a tyre change at ATS Wantage on 18th December, scheduled for 2nd January. I wanted to have tyres changed before Christmas and made several attempts to contact the Wantage centre to cancel the appoinment and process a refund. Unfortunately, no one answered my calls despite repeated efforts. I also tried reaching out to the central office, but they directed me to handle the issue directly with the Wantage centre. I also sent an email on 18th December to their customer service email address but have received no response to date.
On 2nd January, I visited the Wantage centre in person to cancel my appointment and request a refund. However, the staff member at the desk claimed there was no record of my appointment. When I presented my email confirmation, they acknowledged the appointment and assured me it would be cancelled, and I would receive a refund.
As of now, I have not received my refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff at ATS Wantage seem indifferent to customer service and business responsibility. I strongly advise against using their services.

Short notice slow-puncture repair
I came into the branch late Saturday afternoon with a slow puncture, explained I needed it looking as I commute to work daily. The team were really helpful, cracked on with the job immediately and got it sorted for me that very afternoon. They did this for an extremely good price too. Really pleased with the service I got.
Dreadful Customer Service
Pretty woeful experience trying to get my aircon re-gassed. Booked an 0830-0930 Monday slot for a 30-45min job, booking time off work to wait for car. Arrived 15 min early as confirmation email requested to find branch doesn’t open until 0830. Returned at 0830 as staff were arriving. Booked in and waited. No staff on desk after that. After 30 min noticed that the only aircon machine was being used on a commercial vehicle outside, driven by someone obviously known to ATS staff. I asked when my car would be hooked up and told they only had one machine. I asked why that machine was being used by someone else during my booked period and told he didn’t know, so I asked him to find out. Saw him go out and tell older member of staff (who I presume was the manager) who had stood outside smoking with van driver for entire period. Bloke just shrugged, laughed at his mate, stared at waiting room window and cracked on chatting and smoking. No-one came back to me. 15 min later, (45 min into booked slot) I was aware that if they started my car after van was I’d be late for work, I sacked the idea and asked for my keys back from one of the tyre fitters in the bay, the only person around at that stage. Bravely they sent the apprentice in to deal with me, someone barely trained to deal with annoyed customers. I asked to see the manager who was ‘unavailable’. I asked why they had a hour slot booking system if it was just to be baulked by their mates and he just shrugged.
Their customer service is appalling and their attitude completely inconsiderate towards customers who do not have the luxury of sitting around in the waiting room all morning losing wages. One less customer for ATS Wantage.

Frustrating!
I booked my car in for an Aircon re-gas online a few days ago. When I arrived the lad on the desk took my car key and said it would be ready in approximately an hour. He would phone me when it was ready. I walked back home. He phoned me about an hour and a half later to tell me that the job had not been done. He said they needed to order some parts for the job, and he would ring me later next week when the parts had arrived, so I can book another appointment. I walked back to the garage to pick my car up. When I arrived there was no one on the desk, and another lady was waiting in front of me. We both waited for about 5 minutes until the lad reappeared. Then I continued to wait for another 5 minutes while he dealt with the lady’s enquiries. During this time I spotted the “How did we do today?” with a QR code on the front of the desk. As I scanned the QR code, the lad said “Here’s your key.” He could have easily done that 5 minutes before, without causing inconvenience or upset to the lady in front of me. I am sure the lad on the desk is a good worker and is a nice person, but I think he has not had the necessary training for the job he is doing. In addition to this issue, the aircon in my husband’s car (which was re-gassed by ATS Euromaster a few weeks ago) is not working properly, so I am going to have to take that back again. So all in all I am feeling pretty frustrated.

Customer service was extremely poor
Customer service was extremely poor. First I made a call on the 4/3/24 and was told to bring vehicle in on 5th only to be told when I visited that I wasn't booked in and had to be rescheduled for 8.30am next day. Turned up as agreed and place was still not opened until 7min past. Got in and the chap I met had no idea if I was expected and had to do it again. Took my number to call for collection when done but to my surprise no one called. Had to call them and was told vehicle was ready but they were busy in an unapologetic way. To add insult to injuries, manager did not even care about my presence and throughout my 10min there never made eye contact, gave me my receipt with misspelt names although I spelt them out whiles he was engaged in a conversation with another member of staff. Had to grab my keys which was lying on the table after 25 seconds of not being offered. The service today was absolutely terrible. This place wasn't like this last time I used them and I notice a new manager is in place. His human relation is really not the best. The place needs to turn things around sooner than later.
