Good service

Cannot fault this site in any way. I went in to get my tracking checked, turned out its spot on and wasn't charged a penny. The fella explained everything and was so polite and nothing was any problem. I'm definitely taking in donuts next time I pass

MoT and brake fluid change. The work was undertaken on time and at a reasonable price. Would be 5 stars except I don't particularly like being called 'buddy' or 'bud'. Perhaps its my age, but it doesn't make the speaker sound very professional.

I was charged over £600 for two EV Michelin tyres and my car was fitted with two budget 'Triangle' tyres. The employees probably thought I wouldn't notice/question as I'm female! I have been in contact with the ATS Euromaster customer service team who advised me to fill out an online complaint form and still no response 12 days later! I will now be pursuing with trading standards/the motor ombudsman.

Unfortunately, I was charged for a regas
and Air con recharge that was either not done or not done correctly. I tried to book myself back in for the garage to re-check but the garage was not interested and told me I probably had a leak. Anyway several weeks later I booked in with an Air con specialist, they told me that the pressure was low (definitely to low to have been regassed) The system was cleaned, vacuumed, pressure tested and no leak evident I am a good two weeks on and Air Con is working perfectly. Unfortuanltely for ATS this experience has left a sour taste, not because the initial regas was not done properly but because when I raised it with them they were simply not prepared to look at it or even consider they may not have done it correctly. Had they booked me in and rechecked my car this could have been a very different review. I have logged a formal complaint and requested a refund and am awaiting the outcome. My complaint was sent and receipt acknowledged on the 23rd of July as of today 15th of August I have heard nothing in reply . Awful service

Work done in a reasonable time

Did four tyres and tracking in 30 minutes. Plus they got rare tyres for my other car that nobody else seems to able to find. When you book your car in for 3 o'clock it's done at 3 o'clock. Very impressed.

Didn't attempt to upsell anything either , which is great.

I booked through Black Circles at ATS Euromaster in Weston Super Mare 19 March 2024. Appalling attitude and customer service at this location. I asked for tracking to be included in the price I paid to Black Circles. The staff at ATS said they didn't want to do the tracking as they accused me of constantly watching and filming them. The sentry mode was on but I was certainly not constantly filming them. If they were going to be offended or have hurt feelings because of this then they should ask the customer to switch off sentry mode? Also it does make you wonder what they are doing if they were concerned about an activity I could have done simply by watching the tyre fitter from the waiting room, from where it is possible to watch the staff at work Really bad attitude and rude towards customers, I would not recommend ATS Euromaster to anyone.

Excellent service , very polite, personable and professional

I can't rate these guys more. I've had a really tough Jan financially and their advice saved me lots meaning I could relax. They have been super flexible and understanding not trying to up sell. So appreciated the cracking customer service 😄

Absolutely useless fitted two new tyres by the time I got on motorway warning light for low pressure came on then pressure dropped rapidly until had to stop on hard shoulder, once back to complain was told I had to go to main dealership to get it repaired as valve was leaking. Avoid they have absolutely no idea

It was my time in this garage but I am very positively surprised and I am going to come back.
