Poor follow-up and unresolved AC issue – no contact after 3 weeks
I had my car’s AC gas refilled at ATS Euromaster Wigan on 17 January 2025 and specifically requested a leak test at the time of service. Just five months later, by 23 June, the AC completely stopped cooling again, suggesting that either the leak test was not properly carried out or the gas refill was ineffective.
I immediately contacted customer relations and was given Service Request number 682719330, with a promise to resolve the issue within 10 working days.
Today is 11 July, and I’ve still had no resolution or even a basic follow-up. I’ve spent the hottest part of the summer without a working AC, despite having paid for this service. It's been frustrating and inconvenient, and I no longer feel confident in the service quality or customer care.
Very disappointing experience.

Really positive experience. Easy, friendly, great communication when the tyres I'd ordered weren't going to be available for the slot I'd booked.

Poor engagement
Got a groupon MOT deal which was fine as it passed and a good price. Have a slow puncture which they were not interested in looking at or even quoting for a new tyre. I would have thought the idea is to sell the mot cheap then upsell to the customer, perhaps no-one has told them that ?

wont do retest within 2 weeks
Left me waiting 2 days for a quote to do repairs, heard nothing so had to then try and plan elsewhere
Robdogs!
Would not do retest within 2 weeks so could charge me additional retest fee even though they caused the delay in me getting the work done!
