If you're looking for a quality company, look no further! I wanted to get a custom setup for my new living room and the team helped me pick the system for me (Dali!) and then installed it for a reasonable price. I'm very happy!

Used thes store a few times and they’re good. Phone them up bc they actually know what they’re talking about—it makes a difference!

I'd bought some Zensor 7's from a different retailer and they turned up late and damaged. Decided to go with AudFid after a recommendation and they were nothing but helpful...speakers arrived within a few days, as they advised when I spoke to them, and were in great condition.

Superb service, I got my PM6005 next day and in excellent condition. The bloke I spoke to from the sales team was really helpful and actually did me a bit of a deal I wasn’t expecting

Purchased QA 2050i from this supplier , was very worried after reading these reviews and nearly purchased from another supplier , I ordered speakers on Monday evening and they arrived with me , in Northern Ireland on Wednesday afternoon , one of the speakers does have minor damage on the rear due to Dpd no fault of Audiblefidelity , So i would just like to reasure everyone that this supplier is 100% and i am very pleased with the QA 2050i , Great service , great speakers and the best price online for the speaker and colour i selected. I was very pleased indeed to encounter Audible Fidelity. You don't get a call centre when you ring them; you get a mature person, part of the company, who knows what they are talking about and can suggest solutions to your requirements.
I ended up with surprise but wonderful equipment and it pleases me every day, several time a day in fact.
I hesitate to call this "old fashioned" customer service because there was nothing "old" about it.
In summary, I have good memories of my dealings with all at Audible Fidelity and using their trade in discount shaved my costs quite considerably.

I first went to Audible Fidelity showroom to hear Dali Rubicon 2 speakers, decided they were as great as the reviews said and Simon came out to install with my 30 year old Meridian amps. I then auditioned the Audiolab CDQ preamp and CD player. Simon came out twice more to install this and to try to connect with the Meridian amps but due to age/compatibility issues the setup did not work, so at that stage I auditioned the Audiolab 8200MB's which were a perfect match for my new system. Again this entailed a further home visit at no extra charge. I am very impressed by the friendly, non-pushy and very helpful advice/service provided by Audible Fidelity.

Bought and paid for a Marantz UD7007 on Friday 5th June, paid £449 and was sent an invoice and tracking number with expected delivery on the Following Monday the 8th June. waited in and nothing arrived, the same on the Tuesady, emailed them on the Wednesday with no reply, give it another day and called them on the Thursday 11th June as they did not respond to my email, was told the UD7007 was out of stock and was on back order from Marantz, was given a guarantee that it would be back in stock by the following Wednesday 17th June.

Phoned them to check on stock on Wednesday 17th June to be told it was still on back order and was given a guarantee that it would be back in stock the following week, the sales assistant was very rude and unhelpful this time around.

Phoned back today 25th June to be told the UD7007 was on back order from Marantz and was given a guarantee it would be back in stock by the end of the next week! when I told the sales assistant this was the 3rd time I had been given "a guarantee" it would be back in stock the following week and asked her to confirm that they actually had a confirmed date for new stock, she was very rude and offered me a refund and said I was welcome to go elsewhere, 3 weeks after my order was placed, accepted and money took!

I ordered a pair of speaker stands from Audible Fidelity late on 05/05/15. All items, according to the website will dispatch next day throgh DPD, As I had ordered too late for Friday delivery, the next working day for delivery I called them on friday and the on the phone said it would be Monday by DPD and confirmed by my invoice later.
Normally DPD will text the day before to let you know about the delivery and waiting the whole day at home having heard nothing (Monday), I called DPD and the tracking number doesnt exicst. Then I called Audible Fidelity on Tuesday12/5/2015. Again as in another reveiw here the very nice lady I spoke to, said the labels are printed but couldnt see the status of my shipment.?????
Its 7 days from the day I paid.Why you lie to people as you did in 2014 ..you still does the same.they printed the labels and send emails with a tracking number to say items DISPATCHED!!
I asked to return my money. Dp not use this shop. there are plenty of good places to buy Hi fi equipment. They are liers..

Competitive price, Immediate help on call, the kit arrived as estimated and without any damages. Will recommend strongly for Audiblefidelity's Sales and Service.

The price was right - one day I will learn that price is not everything. My speakers were delivered with a broken cover, called Audible Fidelity - no apology from the person I spoke to - promised they'd send one from a display model staright away - nothing. A week later I emailed to say I'd not received the replacement cover - no response via email to my concerns, then a text from DPD to say something will be delivered from Audible Fidelity - cover received the next day but no word from Audible at all. I'm still waiting for part of my order to be fulfilled - their website showing stock available yes my order was delivered 10 days ago and again no communication from Audible to say when the remainder of the order will be fulfilled and I'm having to do all the chasing...I won't use this company again. Hopefully I'll never need them for any warranty work.

I ordered a Pioneer reciver delivered to Denmark. The price was very nice, and the unit arrived 3 working days later with no damages. The reciver sounds great.

I'd never heard of Audible Fidelity, but I was looking for a Pioneer A-70 amplifier at a good price and a Google search took me to their web site. An exchange of emails confirmed the stock and price and I arranged to call in and collect on my way home to the north of England following a visit to family in the south. The Audible Fidelity folks were friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic and I left feeling that I'd like to do business with them again.

A few weeks later, the hi fi acquisition bug bit once more and I contacted them about a Pioneer N-50 network streamer. Again, stock and (a very good) price were confirmed and the device was delivered before noon the following day.

Excellent service from very nice people. Highly recommended.

I'm always a bit wary of going to an online shop I've never bought from before and that's how I was when I saw the Audible Fidelity website. Looked a bit too good to be true, but I checked some reviews and they checked out fine. The item I was looking for, a Pioneer SC-1223 AVR was at an excellent price so I bought. The website was easy to use, one of the best I've seen. However, after ordering the item, which they had in stock, I began wondering whether an AVR was right for me or whether I just needed a quality amplifier so I phoned them up and told them my reservations. I got through straight away and spoke with Stephen, explaining my 'issue'. We chatted for some time and he came across as very knowledgeable and eager to help me with my decision - which was to stick with the AVR. He even offered telephone assistance if I needed help setting the box up. The AVR arrived the next day as promised, is now all setup working fine and I am delighted with my purchase.
I couldn't fault Audible Fidelity in any way whatsoever, buying from them was a pleasure and they will certainly be my first port of call next time I'm looking to buy any AV equipment. I recommend them to anyone.

I phoned Audible Fidelity to enquire about the best speaker package to pair with the Denon X2000 AV Receiver. After a fairly lengthy conversation discussing the various options with Stephen - one of the very helpful (and patient) sales team, I went with the Q Acoustics 2000i 5.1 Package, which so far has exceeded all expectations!

Everything turned up with DPD the next day before 12pm as promised. Very happy customer.

After a bad experience with another hi-fi supplier (Superfi), I ordered an amplifier and speaker package from Audible Fidelity late on 03/04/14. All items, according to the website, were in stock. As I had ordered too late for Friday delivery, the next working day for delivery would be Monday by DPD and confirmed by my invoice (total £449.00).
Having heard nothing by 11.15am Monday, I called Audible Fidelity. According to the very nice, and apologetic, lady I spoke to, the amplifier was not in stock in black so the order had not been sent. Their website had not been updated (it has been now!). Oh, and I've wasted a day's holiday from work.
Why is it so difficult to exchange my hard earned cash for some decent hi-fi? Very disillusioned.

I purchased a Denon AVR-X2000 and Boston Acoustics SoundWare XS 5.1 package from Audiblefidelity. The price was extremely competitive (as good as the likes of Amazon and Richer Sounds) also the delivery cost to Denmark was just £22 which is very cheap for such a bulky order. Overall the price was significantly cheaper than I could buy in Denmark.

When the delivery arrived one of the speakers was dented, but even here the customer focused Audiblefidelity was outstanding. Responding to my email the same day and had a replacement speaker delivered without further question.

I can highly recommend Audiblefidelity to anyone looking not only for good prices but also great customer service.
