Great classes! Total value for money!

I run Ultras. As such I need a coaching app that has a variety of runs longer than 90 minutes. This app does not have them.

What this app does have;
British accent a really nice change way from 'standard' American.
A simple warm up before the run to remind us 'Wish-I-Warmed-Ups' to actually do it.
A selection of outdoor, indoor and treadmill runs.
A host of strength training, wellness and fitness programs that I will probably not engage with but enable a user to take a holistic approach to their fitness and wellbeing. There is nutrition content too I believe.
Apps like this need to offer a months free trial- this one does. Its all well and good to say that 2 week trials should feedback if you will like it or not but the truth is, although we will sometimes snatch at the new shiny toy, we don't always feel comfortable playing with it or getting used to it, especially if we are mid training and using something else that kinda-notquite-works-butwill-dofor-now. I had this for nearly a week before I was able to explore it a little.
What I definitely did not like- finding a service contact to ask my questions to this needs to be easier. What I definitely DID like- When I was in touch with their service folk, those people were supportive, straightforward and offered solutions.

Ideal market- Beginners up to 10& 15 km runners will get the most from the running portion. Having noted all this- I ended up subscribing. More in depth reviews here shortly https: // www. facebook. com/ grumpyblog

I’m loving this fitness app, great competitions, great work outs and for all levels of fitness and abilities

This app keeps me motivated and engaged in what ever exercise i am doing, indoors or outdoors. Really made me push myself, excellent product!

Great app, really got me back in to cardio and HIIT exercising and the plans have helped me to focus and stay motivated.
Having been running for quite a while the running exercises have also been great in providing a mixture to the type of runs.
Have recommended this app to my partner based on my experience

Brilliant app, whether you are an outdoor runner a gym bunny or a home workout person there’s something for everyone in this app!

Good selection of exercises and programs but the pictures dont match the instructions. Maybe 10 exercises out of which 7 are shown for example. Needed to google to find out how it is done. Also from one exercise to the next the picture should change automatically and not depend on me approaching the device to swipe right or left. Very frustrating indeed.

Love this app, such a variety of classes! Have really enjoyed using it, the guided runs are especially great! And love the tunes played throughout the workouts! Think it's great value for money.

Better it exercises examples came up as you were doing them

Very Effective and flexible. Needs no extra equipment. Easy to follow innstructions.

Never thought I would use an app for workouts, but I have come to love Auro!
Not having to stare at the screen you can fully focus on the exercise with excellent and clear instructions from the team! :)
Feels like a class workout at the gym!

I thought the exercise sessions were superb!

Absolutely brilliant, I use the bodyweight work outs. Really motivating and makes you work hard, definitely feel it the next day. I usually do 2-3 workouts for different areas. Has really helped keep me motivated during lockdown

Few instructors classes visuals do not match the audio which frustrated me a bit. Other than that everything felt well and satisfying

it’s entered bank account by itself and will now not let me cancel payment, also not letting me reset my password so I cannot get into the app

Great workouts from a great team!

Have used this app for well over a year now and have not been disappointed

I’m still on the free trial for the app but I’ll definitely be moving to paid membership. I’m still learning what some of the exercises are as even for beginners, there are some movements that I’ve never heard of especially in the weight free strength packages. However, Auro does make the gym much less boring and motivates me to actually get moving. Even the treadmill workouts are fun.
