Dean at Austin Hawk went over and above the call of duty in providing after sales support in the sale of our house. We would thoroughly recommend using Austin Hawk as an Estate Agent when selling your property.

We had a really pleasant experience with the Lettings Advisor, Stephanie, whilst showing us a house for my daughter today. My daughter has been let down by 2 local Letting Agents in the past week - not saying it was their problem, but the delay in which they handled the matter was unacceptable. Stephanie, was very friendly, gave some good advice and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Austin Hawk gave us a 1st class service from start to finish. Robin was our main point of contact and I can't talk highly enough of him. The team sold our house within 24hrs of it going on the market! That speaks volumes.

This is my 6th house and every time I have used an estate agent or online agent (Geez I won’t go there again) to sell my home and buy a new one. My view used to consist of the estate agency service as a whole having sales people and not much more, that was until I engaged with Austin Hawk in Andover. Now my view has changed completely, Austin Hawk not only sold my home extremely quickly for the full asking price, but right through the whole processes provided a level of customer service and expertise that is second to none.

Dean Austin (yes he has the same first name as me) was the man who stood out for me, his tenacity, expertise and customer service is to be applauded. Obviously the team that back Dean up were superb too, writing up and selling my home together.

I’m not a man who is easily pleased, I know that, but credit where credit is due, Austin Hawk are a complete breath of fresh air in this field, I am seriously impressed and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank you to the team at Austin Hawk…. you guys and girls are amazing.
