Mediocre product doesnât deliver what is advertised. If youâre a computer wizard you can find information but for the average user it can be less than straight forward. Zero customer service any complaint or query is responded to with an irrelevant link. Query closed down as responded to with zero response-not ideal when they roll over your contract at a ridiculous increase and wonât respond to queries! Also zero points for loyalty here so you would be better to cancel each year and take advantage of new customer rates apparently ð

Wir haben unser AutoData Abo bereits mehrfach fristgerecht gekÌndigt, auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nach einer KÌndigungsbestÀtigung bekommen wir nur unpassende, automatisierte RÌckantworten. Niemand ist erreichbar. Leider grenzt das stark an Abzocke. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Firma unsere KÌndigungen zu unrecht einfach ignoriert, weshalb wir uns gezwungen fÌhlen diese Bewertung zu hinterlassen.

Autodata provided no wiring diagrams for most European make & models, support does not care and they wont cancel your subscription or help in any other way. When emails get sent with difficult questions, there is no replies offered. Dont make the mistake we made. Stay away at all costs, there is no real benefit to your business.

Pretty bad experience. Next to nothing for my car, just a fuse box diagram which was different to what my fuse box layout is. Asked for my £1 back and was refused. Waste of £1.

@Autodata_Group I have used Autodata for many years the product is excellent unfortunately I wish I could say the same about the customer service, I am disgusted, I decided that I would like to enquire about upgrading to enable my staff to use it on more than one pc, I called and asked the question, I was then told its not possible as my contract had renewed and I would have to cancel it first and then renew with another contract, I was then given another telephone number to phone, so I called and they told me that I couldn't change the agreement and would have to wait until next June, i received and email regarding the renewal 2 days before it was due, and called 2 days after the renewal, I have emailed complaining about this nobody has responded, there are other companies trying to sell me there product for half the price,I have stayed loyal to autodata as I like the software, I also find it so disappointing that I am being offered autodata than I am paying now, I have not signed anything to agree this year's contract it's not been discussed with me, how can any business presume the customer is happy and just go ahead and take the subscription fee and then tell them you can't cancel as its in our terms and conditions its disgusting

Sent them an email asking if I could purchase a wiring diagram for my car, no reply ever. Tried ringing them, long queue of other people (which is fair enough). What isn't fair enough is not replying to me. That said, just reading some of these reviews I think I'll stay well away. Really sorry to those involved with this crowd. Autodata used to be brilliant, not anymore sadly.

Tried the 1 month trial, realised I can get the same info with a google search..... Its so basic and useless, No tech repair data like zero, Basically all it tells you is Oil levels & type real simple stuff doesnt even point out filter locations lol!! Is it worth 100 pound a month absolutley not, Unless you like giving your money away... They have zero customer service, Its one year contract NOT a rolling subscription with no way to cancel, until youve handed over £1,200 for the year then you might have a chance of cancelling if they acknowledge and reply to your emails.....They dont acknowledge cancellation emails in first trial month so they get you roped into the contract.... If gonna spend 100 month use AllData.com as it has ALL the mechanical repair and tech info you would ever need.... Its actually embarressing the lack of information it provides for the price they charge.... I think Trading standards could do with looking into this company, I might even get in toich woth them... Ive tried to cancel within the trial period to no avail so Im left having to block them via my bank and cancel all cards as im not handing over 1200 to these scammy chancers!!! They took 100 pound of me today even after I sent numerous emails requesting cancellation before trial was over...... Wont be getting no more of me I can assure you that..... To anyone looking to get this auto data STOP, some of their data is not correct!!! (you should not have to double check specs, with your, and there are a lot of motorcycles that are not even listed, and when you go to the estimator part of this app, there is no labor time listed as well as, there customer service, (well there is none) and when you try to cancel with these people they donât respond and reup you any ways, the only way you can get them to respond is tell them you are going to cancel your credit card, there program is junk, now if you want a really good motorcycle app, look up service manager pro comprehensive solutions they are a little more expensive but there program is the real thing, and they offer 10 times more stuff and itâs all Accurate and if you have a problem there customer service is outstanding, they pick up there phone and walk you through things,

Absolute shower of rip-off merchants. I took the 1 month trial to see what the software was like, tbh it was not bad but didnt really meet my needs so i filled outhe cancellation form. Heard nothing back, so filled outthe form again. Still nothing. One more try i thought...still nothing. So with one day to go i tried again, this time using OBS to record the whole cancellation process. I also transfered money out my account leaving only a few quid in it in case they tried to swipe. Funnily enough, one day after the trial ends they contact me. Not to say my account was cancelled but to say they had renewed it but couldnt get money out my account. I emailed them with screenshots of the process of cancellation and asked them not to request any more money. I also contacted my bank and they sent a request to Autodata to stop requesting money as well. Low and behold the next day there was another declined payment notification from Autodata. My bank is now in he process of changing over my card. This company are breaking all sorts of laws i believe. They have been asked to stop taking payments for a service thats been cancelled and yet they are still trying it on. Thats theft in my books. They also ignore all emails sent to them.

Trial account was not cancelled
I had a trial account with them, decided to not continue, filled up a cancellation form on their website, hit "Send", no email confirmation, nothing. Today they try to charge me for renewal. Terribly dishonest business practice. I need to pay cause their software is either glitchy or designed to not let people cancel their trial accounts.
