Anyone can sell products and get a good review....However the true test of a company is how they handle 'glitches' in orders. In this case its an easy 10/10 as far as I'm concerned. I ordered a new spray gun and it arrived with an incorrect part in the box. One phone call was all it took with Mark taking total ownership of the issue and working with Devilbiss australia to have a the correct part shipped out to me ASAP. Gosh I wish everyone was this easy and helpful to deal with! So, many thanks to Mark and the team for a very quick and friendly resolution to what could have been a showstopper for me.

unhelpful staff ,go to Sydney crash supplies instead ,they match paint perfectly these degenerates at artemon don't know what their doing

Great service from Dallas at the West Gosford store, he took time to have a look at my car and give me advice on what products would be suitable. Will definitely be returning when I need more supplies.

Ordered a IK Pro Foam 2 on the evening of 02 Aug arrived on the next day 03 Aug , outstanding service , thoroughly recommend them , keep up the great work , lots of competition out there with service like this in times we a find ourselves, this excels any of my expectations, thanks

Found the items I wanted on the Autolac website. Rang their office to confirm they had stock. They suggested I order the items and pay for them over the phone which I did. Picked the items up later in the day only to find I had been charged significantly above the price advertised on their website. Rang Autolac and was informed I was charged a retail price.(Since when do you charge a customer more than your online advertised price) Was told that they would sort out my refund for the difference and get back to me. Guess what, several day late, no refund and no one has got back to me, phone rings out at the store.

Update .. Finally got through to the store and spoke with someone else who was very helpful. Organised a refund which went through a few days later.

Wow I've never had more of a worse experience with online shopping then I have with Autolac, I placed an order on the 1st of January and me being knowledgable about holidays I expected to maybe wait 1-2 days for the order to be shipped, How wrong I could be. I sent an email on the 9th asking about the order and its status because I've never had to wait over a week for an order to be processed, yet no reply, I kept checking the status of the order and I think it was the 10th the website said my order has been shipped, yay right? No I sent another email asking for a tracking number for my order and its now the 17th and still no reply. I couldn't believe it, no notification of delayed shipping, no communication at all, Hence the bad review. I've since ordered products from bigger brands and they have came within the week of ordering them, I thought a smaller brand would be working as hard as they can to overcome the completion. Fix your processes and you communication.

- UPDATE -
After being in contact with Jesse from autolac after multiple emails and decisions, I found out that there was a delay in their warehouse sending out orders due to no stock. Also the shipping carrier had passed the parcel (My Order) on to a third party to ship to my location, the why is unknown. This resulted in 2 different bits of information being told Jesse checked with the carrier him self and was told that the parcel was delivered on the 17th of Jan, When I called up on the 22nd of Jan I was told about the info of my parcel given to a third party and they had to check with that party, I received news that the party would be coming tomorrow morning but didnt and came on the 24th Of Jan. Any how with such a bad experience Jesse processed a full refunded on his side, and that was that.

These guys are arrogant, I asked the to match a colour on a car panel and they claim they used a colorimeter & came up with the same paint code that is on the car la7t, but la7t has 5 different versions.

I asked them to test the paint on the panel that I left with them and later when I had taken delivery of the spray cans they supplied me & I had painted a new panel with it, it was way too dark so I rang them & they claimed to have tested it on the panel I left with them and that "it matched but we wiped it off with some thinners"

This is a lie, there is no way that what they supplied me was tested on the panel as being close in colour. They just used the standard car paint code and didn't care whether it matched closely or not.

They were also full of excuses why it might not match. I know that it is almost impossible the get an exact match but these guys were not even close and what was worse was the arrogant & contemptible manner in which they treated a customer.

They also argued about 2k clear going over acrylic, which of course you can do and belittled me for using spray cans which I have used on may occasions & had great results.

I did go to 2 other paint suppliers afterward which were both helpful & both knew there were multiple variants for the same code
the 2nd supplier went the extra mile and matched the colour very closely.
