From first contact, Autologics were top class. Excellent communications and brilliant service. The fitter, Stuart, arrived on time and was simply excellent. His knowledge and skill plus his efficiency in completing the installation are without doubt the best and he even went so far as to tidy up the wiring mess left by a Halfords installer of my dash-cam. Thank you Stuart!

Wanted a reversing camera for our new VW Taigo. Searchedd on the internet for a company to professionlly retrofit the camera. One of the companies was Autologics, I asked a few questions and recieved a quick reply. Filled out the order form and two off the options were (1) Pay on the Day, so not likely to be a scam and (2) They would fit it on my drive, again not likely to be a scam. Immediately sent an E-Mail with prposed date & time. On the day Simon rang and told me a time between 2pm and 4pm. At 3 pm Stuart rang and said Simon had broken down and he would come out from the office and install the camera. Many other companies would have arranged another date for fitting. He duly arrived, quite promptly and was a pleasant chap who explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do it. After he had finnished he showed myself and my wife a full demonstration and all the different views from the camera and explained the warranty scheme. The all experiance was without any hassle, Thanks, Stuart & Simon.

I too was heavly involved in the "Motor Trade" for over 40 years until I retiered a few years ago. As you will be aware, knowledge of your subject is key in any business, and his level of experience with original fitment and retro fit electronic accesories is endless. Marry that to the integrity, enthusiasm and work ethics of his team and you wont go far wrong with Autologics. I promise you, these guys are the only ones I would ever use or recommend to my freinds in the trade, my family and close friends. By the way, Autologics supplied and fitted a rear view camera and front parking aids to an Audi Q4. Stuart the technician was brilliant, thank you.

I was promptly given a choice of appointments, despite living down in Cornwall. Richard arrived on time, was friendly and most importantly did a great job installing the reversing camera. I 100% recommend using this Company.

Autologics fitted a camera to our Kuga Nov last year, excellent product and customer service. We recently had a problem, not with camera but the Ford light unit that the camera was mounted to. This issue lead to an MOT failure and the part was on back order with Ford. I contacted Simon at Autologics and he managed to find the light unit and agreed to send a technician asap. They swapped out the faulty Ford light unit and refitted the camera. My experience with Autologics has been very positive and I recommend them to everyone. I ordered a reversing camera for my VW T-ROC. Stuart arrived on time and did a marvelous job on fitting the camera and talked me through what he was doing and how to operate it. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted a reversing camera fitted to my Audi tts.
Having found Autologics on the internet I gave them a call and being impressed with help and details provided on the call I placed the order.
Phil the technician arrived at my home address exactly on time and was friendly and courteous and went straight to work.
Two hours later he was demonstrating the system which worked perfectly.
I will definitely be using Autologics again and would highly recommend them to anyone, thank’s guy’s, good job.

I had front and rear parking sensors fitted to my S3 today, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial contact with Simon to the install day itself. Stuart messaged me at 8:15am to let me know he’d be with me between 2–4pm, and true to his word, he arrived early at 1:45pm.

From the moment we met, it felt like I’d known Stuart for years – such a friendly, genuine guy. We had a great chat before he got started, and then he cracked on with the work straight away.

Once finished, he took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me how it all worked. The quality of the job is outstanding – the sensors look like they were fitted from the factory!

Honestly, the service was first-class, the workmanship brilliant, and the whole team deserves credit. Worth every penny, and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Thank you

Hi Readers. Stuart attended my home address ( Bristol ) and fitted a reversing camera to my 6 month old Audi A3. I was very apprehensive about the install because, local engineers ( car-tech guys ) told me, this installation could NOT be done on my vehicle because of coding issues.
Pure nonsense! Simon assure me it was no problem, Stuart proved that.
Stuarts an amazing character , answered any question I had, very tidy and professional person.
Everything works a treat.

Stuart fitted a rear view camera to my car and carefully talked me through how to use it. He was both professional and friendly. I am delighted with the camera and can wholeheartedly recommend Autologics.

They resolved my problem quickly when at their request I sent a photo of the issue. No need for taking the car in for checking.

Appointment made with Simon for fitting a reversing camera to my car. Having set a day, I received a call from Trevor to say he could do it a day earlier due to a cancellation!
He arrived promptly and together with his colleague began work around 10.15
Job completed before 11.30.
No fuss, or sign of wiring, it works a treat on the "command" system screen.Most impressed!! I have no hesitation in recommending Autologics whatsoever.

The whole process from booking the fitment of a reversing camera to our Golf Mk8 GTI to Stuart's attendance was very straightforward. Stuart arrived at the agreed time and the complete procedure was carried out in about an hour. Stuart was polite, efficient and explained the operation of the camera system before he left. Top marks

Booked a reverse camera for my Audi Q2. Stu came as per arrangements and fitted the camera at my home. Very tidy job and full explanation/demo after completion. First class job and Stu was very professional, a real nice guy. I would recommend Autologics without hesitation.

Reversing camera fitted by Stuart on a 4 series gran coupe. Excellent job. Fully integrated into existing media unit and parking sensors. Very genuine guy and great experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a reversing camera fitted on my BMW 1 series. stuart messaged me the evening before giving me a time slot of arrival next day. Stuart did an amazing job and also took the time to explain to me in great detail how the system actually works. I would definitely advise anyone that wants any work done on their car to be done by these people as they are expert, don't use no after market rubbish and the job will be done to the best standard.
I have no hesitation in recommending Autologics for their professional and efficient service.
Stuart is a really nice guy, gave me a demonstration of the features once fitted and answered any questions i had.
He also advised me on other areas of my car as I had some controls issues with mirrors and told me to buy machine that will hopefully sort the problem out.
Great service from start to finish 100% recommend this company. And paying on the day after the work was complete and you’re satisfied is a nice touch.
They don’t take any deposits or any upfront payments which is great. Thanks again

Avoid this company at all costs. I paid £700 for a service that ended with my glove box being broken — and instead of owning up to it, their engineer tried to cover it up with glue and said nothing.

When I raised this with the company, they repeatedly claimed their engineer told us about the damage — a flat-out lie. There was zero communication before, during, or after the fitting. No message, no phone call, no face-to-face conversation. Just damage and dishonesty.

The most disappointing part? They couldn’t even provide a single piece of evidence to back up their claim. Instead of taking accountability, they doubled down and defended their engineer’s lie.

We had planned to bring more vehicles to them and even recommend them to others — but after this experience, I wouldn’t let them touch a bicycle. They’ve not only lost our business, but we’ll be actively warning our network to stay away from this dishonest, unprofessional company.

If they want to be taken seriously as a reputable business, they should start by hiring honest staff and learning to take responsibility when things go wrong.

Shameful service.

I wanted to get a reversing camera fitted to a Porsche Cayman. The quote I received was on and I was informed Stuart would fit it on Sunday morning. I was given a time and a text in good time and Stuart arrived punctual. The camera was fitted and everything explained all in under 90 minutes. All trim was put back and everything worked as before. 1 years guarantee too. Great service and top both fitter!
