How can it take two days for them to give me a payout figure, no one answers calls. I requested password reset twice from the online portal and nothing. These people are taking my money, how is it they get away with not providing service?! And I didn’t choose them, they acquired my previous loan provider.

0 stars if I could. Currently going through AFCA just to get a login to the bloody portal. This company is a joke. KIA WILL SIGN YOU UP TO THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT. DONT BUY THROUGH KIA, THEY NO LONGER USE THEIR OWN IN HOUSE FINANCE AND WILL DESTROY YOUR LIFE WITH $360 A WEEK PAYMENTS THROUGH THIS COMPANY, a company that is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AHOLD OF.

We should be able to give zero stars. This is a terrible company with zero customer service skills. I tried to get a payout figure and 3 weeks later and 5 follow up I got nothing. AFCA had to get involved to get. These guys should not be permitted to trade at all

Never sent any information on how to login to the portal to view statements and their useless site doesn't have a page to even register.

I don't understand how its rated 2.3, it should be sub 0, impossible to get a response or a payout figure, I'm probably going to have to resort to hiring a solicitor. Avoid AMO

If I had a way to put a - star I would. This guys are the worst you can ever deal with. Even in emergency situations, they can never offer hardship relief. I applied for hardship assistance due to medical reasons it was rejected twice. To make things worse nobody advised me of the outcome, the only thing I received was an overdue sms wanting me to pay their dues. No email was sent to advise of the hardship outcome but they were quick to send me an sms demanding payments or repossession. I wonder if they are really human beings working behind this pathetic company with feelings or do they take people as rubbish. Rude pathetic customer service and they never listen to anyone. They are just greedy with their money. Furthermore, if you contact them, they never answer the phones, and if they do, someone will interrogate you like a cop, emails are never responded to. The worst mistake I made getting involved with this company. Save yourself pain for a car loan for 5 years and go elsewhere. They don’t deserve even a dot of a star review.

What went wrong? No one to answer calls. No one to respond to emails.

I was "lucky" to have someone respond to "one" email, but that was it. Every time i've called the phone number on their site, i've waited, and waited, eventually giving up.

Nobody works here! Pathetic. All money greed with no assistance provided.

These guys are happy to take your money but completely unwilling to help. Call queues are over an hour (how much over I don't know because I've had to give up on every occasion).

They take 5 months to reply to customer service enquiries. I thought I would test and log a sales enquiry to which they responded within 20 mins of me pressing send on their website.

They also don't have a customer service portal for me to be able to self managed my account.

Do not use this company to finance your vehicle.

Avoid this mob.
Terrible service, website always down.
Go to a trusted bank.

Ford Finance recent rebrand to Automotive Finance - no customer service, enquiries emails go nowhere, can't respond to an email or get you portal access to see loan statements. Absolutely laughable. Never again will I go through them for any other vehicle finance.

They are rude, unhelpful, and plain awful to deal with!! If you are a KAREN, there is no doubt a position available for you here!!! AVOID!
