Paid for pre 10 Am delivery, over £300.00 order.
Parts missing that arrived 3 days later. total waste of time paying for the overnight service as I could not do the job with parts missing.
Asked for a refund for the overnight carriage charge, they refused saying it was sent next day.
Cant get it through to them that I did not get an overnight service if some of the order took 3 days. Gave them 3 chances to put it right before leaving feedback. Tiny amount of refund offered. wont be shopping with them ever again.

Do not expect to receive the quality of products pictured on the website. This company is selling very cheap and nasty hoses. I would not trust any of the hoses I purchased from them and have started a return. Hopefully I don't have the issues returning that others have had on trust pilot. It also seems that one persons name in particular pops up!! Ashley who emailed me back was/is rude, less than helpful and it would appear blind as a bat as he insisted I had recieved "quality" hose.

What a nightmare!!

The products look great on the website, but I suspect their company model is similar to 'Wish' and what you get doesn't resemble the product advertised.

I did wonder how they could supply such a good product at a good price- but as mentioned, the items received are cheap and nasty- I wouldn't even consider fitting them to a customers car.

Even my wife (not engineering minded) pointed out that the fuel line looked used!!

First was dispatch. I ordered on the 14th March, and then received a notification on the 16th saying the order has been dispatched and a tracking number supplied. However by the evening of the 17th EVRi tracking site was stating the delivery wasn't with them. I emailed ASH and finally on the 18th the tracking details were shown, and the package was delivered on the 20th.

On opening the parcel I sent an email to ASH with the details of the order and the issues found. Their response was that they had ran out of the usual products so were temporally supplying generic parts while waiting for further stock. The fuel hose was probably dirty/ faded from prolong periods in stock, and finally being supplied steel hose clips (SS ordered) was just a failure of the packing person.

So out of an order of 33 items, nothing was as advertised on the site.

I held off writing this review as they quickly sorted out a return and sent through a shipping label. But today am chasing up on a few orders and returns to see that there has been no response from them yet even though parcel was dropped off at the parcel shop 19 days ago. I thought I would call them- just to find they do not deal with anything post-sales on the phone!!!

Maybe I have just been unlucky with my experience, but with literally every item/ postage/ communication being flawed, I suspect it isn't just me.

Ordered some couplers, a 45 and 90 degree aluminium bend. Package was well packed delivery was quick but once I opened the box I was abit disappointed with the really roughly cut couplers I received, aluminium bends were great. I did go back to the website and see it is stated that the couplers are tailor made rather than manufactured to the sizes so something to bare in mind.

Overall not bad

Paid for next day delivery. Didn't arrive. Emailed Ashley, not interested. Royal mail said address inaccessible. Watched the van pull up, driver got out, checked back of van and drove off. Think they should remember Royal mail is NOT the customer!! Refused to refund next day delivery charge, no apology, lack of customer service. Just lost a customer!!

The packaging was poor, and one hose forced into the box so tightly that the diameter is permanently distorted. The cuts to hoses are very uneven and rushed too.

Bought some stuff i could only get in there shop after long seach, even tho its from england and there will be import taxes i bought it (im from denmark) Cause i had no choice. When it arrived in the mail some parts where missing, and i talked to there customer service, and he agreed that it was missing.
He then told me that he would not send my missing part cause it would cost import tax and so on to send it to me, and i could get a refund on the parts. i told him that i needed them and that i all rdy paid the import taxes and so on. But he was just like.. YOUR PROBLEM..

I needed a silicone joiner for my supercharger which needed to be 50mm in length.

This was one of the few companies who offer a 50mm option, which is really good news if you don’t fancy cutting the pipe yourself.

The pipe supplied is of a very high quality and feels really sturdy, unlike some silicone hoses I have seen.

I would highly recommend this company and Ashley on their customer service has been really helpful.

We have used this company for many years and cannot fault their service. The counter service at Mirfield is first class, the product is excellent and as the local Bus Museum, we have many requirements that are always met first time. Well done from all at Dewsbury Bus Museum

I bought a selection of small bore 90 degree elbows from here. When I received the order I discovered the diameters were larger than that quoted in their technical specs. This meant they were unsuitable for my application.
It took me a month to be able to return them. Their returns web portal didn’t work and they refused to provide an alternative solution. I made multiple phone calls and emails but was continually fobbed off with excuses and a display of complete apathy in resolving the issue. When they finally did give me a returns label, I still had to chase the refund once they’d been delivered back. Extremely poor customer service and non-existent aftercare.

It’s a shame really because the quality of material and construction is actually pretty good. The bigger hoses are probably alright, but I won’t be going back. Ever.

I came to ASH after been left down by other silicone hose companies. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and willing to go through my options. After my purchase (which was late afternoon), this came the next day. Very satisfied with the service, delivery and quality of products. Will be using them again and have recommended them to friends/family.

Ordered a tyre compressor, have never recieved it, sent 3 emails and never heard nothing back. Had to go out and buy another one.

Ordered hose described as heavy duty but when it arrived it was v poor quality light use product. They sent me a returns label through eBay that was useless as the company they advised to return with did not transport this weight and size. Requested help a number of times only to be completely ignored so I ended up spending £57. Of my money to return the product they had advertised incorrectly. I only got a refund for the product after eBay got involved and had to suffer the £57. Loss myself. Wish I had read the terrible reviews before conducting business with this appalling company my advise stay well clear.
After posting my review the owner and seemingly hard man rang me on my mobile to call me a d head for posting an honest review top bloke 😂 offer for him to come and say it to my face was of course declined.
This company still isn’t done with its games they have now attempted to make purchases on my eBay account one from auto silicone hoses account and one from a private account from one of the company directors. Both purchases for v small amounts ( a door knocker and a door chain) less than five pounds in total clearly an effort to discredit my account In retaliation for this review. I have since reported to eBay and advised by eBay to bar them from my account and cancel the orders after sending messages to both explaining my reasoning. I have done this and hope I never hear from these thugs again.
