Terrible service and terrible customer service

Terrible service and terrible customer service. Ordered hoses and paid for next day delivery and didn’t arrive. Told would send replacement and they didn’t turn up for three days with half my order missing. Customer service couldn’t care less. Will never use again.

Clamp missing

Ordered a hose and a tbolt clamp, recieved the hose and worm type clamp phoned up to say the wrong item had been sent and they said it would be sent out next day, week later still not received the clamp

Ordered rear window wiper

Ordered rear window wiper. Good was delivered by Hermes who delivered it to the wrong address. Company refused to accept it had been delivered to the wrong address and refused to refund.
Need to improve their customer service.

Other better companies out there, do not use

Sono molto soddisfatto.

Prodotto soddisfacente. Ho installato i tubi di silicone in tre impianti di intercooler aria acqua con piena soddisfazione.
Azienda seria, risponde tempestivamente. Orientata alla soluzione dei problemi.

Ordered a quantity of 5 silicone boost…

Ordered a quantity of 5 silicone boost and coolant hoses in Black on a Tuesday, they then phoned me late on Thursday saying they didn't have Black, please pick another colour. I suggested send them all out in Red. When they turned up ASH have sent me 4 hoses in Red and one in Black, not quick brilliant service but it will have to do.
