This rental car company in Faial double charged me for our car rental. We had booked through booking.com and I showed our paid voucher, yet they placed a charge on our credit card for a higher amount. Their downtown location in Faial is on a busy narrow one lane street. When I returned the car I scuffed the tire on the curb, trying to get the car as close as possible. They charged me a fee for that. I could have cleaned it up in a few minutes time. My wife questioned the charge and they said it is because you are a tourist. We rented from four different companies in the Azores and this is the only one we had issues with.
