Dishonest dealership. Took my deposit for a car, 24 hours later they increased the advertised value of said car instead of removing their advert as per normal, and when I called a week later to check a time to collect my car I was told the car OVER-HEATED whilst being moved from the forecourt to somewhere on the FORECOURT.. which is impossible. They told me it couldn’t now be sold to me or at all; however having checked the cars ownership this week I see it was sold.. for more money! I did get my deposit back but these cowboys still try and better their deal after you place a deposit down to have it taken off the market. I’ve researched other reviews and seen this isn’t a one off as well. I’ll be sharing this review on AutoTrader and Motors.co.uk as well.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I bought a car from Autovogue at the beginning of the year and travelled over 4 hours to get there. On the journey home I noticed an issue which I reported to Autovogue the next day. I kept sending emails and texting Josh but no one replied. Finally they told me to go via the RAC Warranty. I booked it into an approved RAC garage who tried to fix the problem, but the issue kept coming back. In the end we had to take it to Land Rover. After 3 trips into Land Rover, the problem seems to be resolved. When the garage submitted their claim for the work, the RAC said the warranty had been exceeded and refused to pay the outstanding amount. I went to Autovogue as, under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Garage had the responsibility to fix the problem (they palmed it onto the RAC warranty instead). They refused to pay the outstanding bill, and offered less than half. I engaged with the Finance Company, Northridge, who were brilliant, and they agreed to settle the difference which was great, but it just meant that Autovogue got away with it. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Autovogue and they really went above and beyond for me. Very happy with my Range Rover Velar - Thank you Autovogue , i will be back again :-)

Purchased a BMW 1 Series in November 21. The car was due an oil change/brake pads and Autovogue agreed to do this before I collected the car.
I chased a number of times to arrange to collect the car, but kept being told that their workshop was really busy. Eventually I did collect the car and arranged to be picked up from local station. The guy that picked me up, let slip that the car had been on loan to someone and had only just come back that morning.
When driving the car home I noticed that the washer jets weren't working - this apparently had been checked as part of the RAC warranty checklist. Luckily I managed to get this fixed under the RAC warranty, but it left me wondering what else they didn't check.
Although the brake pads had been changed, the service light was not reset and when I tried to reset it myself, it would not allow me to do so. I took the car into my local garage and they discovered that the brake wear sensor had not been changed (despite Autovogue sending me a copy of an invoice to prove it had been done), my local garage changed the sensor and reset the service indicator. Autovogue initially claimed they had definitely changed the sensor, but later agreed to cover the cost of my local garage doing the work.
This has left me doubting what else they didn't check or do (including if they actually did an oil/filter change) - Although I've only done a few thousand miles since getting the car, I have booked it into my local garage for a service, purely for peace of mind, as I do not trust Autovogue. The brake sensor cost around £7.00 - if they scrimped on this, what else are they capable of.

Stay very clear of this place. My 40k X6 had nothing but problems from the day it was driven back from them. It's not recently been into a BMW specialist for its first MOT and service since owning it. It had failed the MOT on the rear fog light and jet washers. They had to smash the rear fog light out because the AVR body kit had been glued on and fastened with wood screws so they were unable to take the bumper off or wing off to get to the washers. This company should not be allowed to sell cars that are not fit for purpose!! Even the BMW specialists said they have never seen anything like it and I should take it further. Problem is Autovouge couldn't care less!!
