Awful.
Ideally I would like to leave zero stars.
My car was returned without proper repair, missing clear visual issues missed & ignored.
Company ignore all forms of communication, currently seeking legal advice to date unresolved.
Timeline of events below:
09/03/2026 | Original Collision
12/04/2026 | DH car collected from home address by the Accident Repair Hub (Emsworth)
31/04/2026 | DH car returned to home address by the Accident Repair Hub (Emsworth) - (ARH had the car for 19 days)
02/04/2026 | DH Telephone call, Initial calls and emails to garage in Emsworth (Accident Repair Hub) - explaining repair not completed. Advised ARH completed all repairs required, anything else is not accident related and then forwarded a internal email as a resolution.
20/04/2026 | DH took the car to a qualified mechanic to look at my car and diagnose obvious issues - cost £199 - mechanics advised repairs were obviously poor, completed to a sub-par standard, alongside there was a chrome trim missing from the replacement bumper.
20/04/2026 | DH Telephone call, with Exclusive Repair Network - reporting issues with repair - No update
23/04/2026 | DH Telephone call, Chase Exclusive repair network - advised no issues with the car and nothing further to be done.
24/04/2026 | ERN - Email asking me for images of the faulty repair.
24/24/2026 | DH Email, response providing quotation from a qualified mechanic - No response

01/05/2026 | ERN Email, Confirmation this damage is collision related.

01/05/2026 | ERN Email, explaining nothing can be done regarding taking my car to a reliable mechanic and no timescale given for resolving issues despite admitting faulty repairs had taken place.

If you are able to in any way stay away from this company.
Following my raise of a formal complaint seeking legal action and still ignored, I decided to post on a review website (Trustpilot), I received an automated response on stating someone will be in touch.
Stay away from this company, awful doesn't cover how bad the service is.

Avoid Exclusive Repair Network and their repair network.
My brand new Tesla (2026 model) was damaged while parked, and what should have been a simple repair turned into a stressful experience. I was told the repairer was Tesla approved, but after checking directly with Tesla, this was not true.
The car was in the garage for almost three weeks for a minor repair. The paint had to be redone more than once because it was not matched properly, and the ceramic coating failed twice.
When I finally got my car back, the condition was unacceptable. The interior was dirty with dust on the seats and centre console, and there was a strong smell of paint and dust. It clearly had not been properly protected during the repair.
Communication was poor and no one took real responsibility. I have completely lost trust in both the repairer and how this claim was handled.
Very disappointing service, especially for a high value, brand new car. I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Everything the company offered as a service happened, they collected my car on time and gave me information as things we’re progressing, they re delivered my car on time and I was impressed not only by the quality of repair but the business's approach to please the customer that they took. Car was returned the same day the repairs were finished, I was kept up to date at each stage. Their communication is great, staff are super helpful and friendly. They even valeted the car inside & out before returning it.
