I ordered a giga set pressure washer and an item was missing from the delivery. I contacted customer support and quickly got a response from them that the item would be sent out. Which it indeed was I received it the next morning so couldn't ask for a better service.

The order was placed on the 15th April and the item has not been despatched yet.

Easy to use website, order shipped in 2 days.
I ordered the mystery box & item received was 3x the cost, & it was a useful addition to my pressure washer.
My experence of AVA has been very positive in all respects alot better than the Yellow brand.

Arrived quickly . Great product.

I bought the P70, and it came with slight defects to the metal pole. I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to rectify the issue with a replacement part and a partial refund as a gesture of good will.

The P70 itself is excellent, however as others have mentioned with this product, the power cable reel is the biggest disappointment. I'm not quite sure how this design was approved as the cable itself is too big for the spool, and the result is the spool is constantly getting jammed. Very frustrating.

Nonetheless, it's still an excellent product. But yeah, I would definitely change the spool design. In a perfect world it would be iterated upon, and it could be retrofitted with a new design to avoid the P70 "v1" being outdated.

Easy to use, really good quality hose, lance and gun

I had an issue with the pump action lance . I contacted customer service, whereupon, I was instructed to send Ava a short audio video, showing the fault. Customer service issued a replacement pump lance, the same day. Excellent customer service

The new pump action lance is an awesome bit of kit, no more stopping to change the the end of your lance to change the spread pattern and such a cool way of using the pressure washer.

Jeg har hatt en elendig opplevelse med denne høytrykksspyleren fra AVA. Etter kort tids bruk begynte problemene å dukke opp én etter én. Pakninger ryker altfor lett, noe som fører til lekkasjer og dårlig trykk.
Turbo-dysen holdt heller ikke lenge før den sluttet å fungere som den skulle. Det virker som kvaliteten på delene er veldig lav, og jeg har brukt mer tid på å fikse og bytte deler enn å faktisk vaske.
Forventet noe solid og holdbart, men dette føles billig og upålitelig. Når flere komponenter svikter så raskt, mister man fort tilliten til hele produktet.
Kan ikke anbefale dette i det hele tatt – styr unna hvis du vil slippe irritasjon og ekstra kostnader.

Received p55 started to use that same day , so far highly impressed so far cleaned my composite decking boards in a fraction of the time it took using my older Nilfisk ,it feels like a Volvo in build quality, used on my car the foam gun is amazing the first time I’ve covered my vehicles with thick foam. Used the turbo nozzle on my resin bond floor came back like new.
