Rogue traders
Paid up front for a job they didn't do or wanted to do and they still not given me my money back. Endless emails and phone calls to be fogged off customer service is a joke. I consider this company as fraudulent and scammers and needs reporting to trading standards. They hold on to your money with no compensation for there incompetence behaviour steer well clear of REPAIRCARE. They say NO FIX NO FEE and risk free buying with money back guarantee Lies all of it Lies............I have had no money refunded or compensation back from them Beware

I thought I was ordering off a regular suppliers website, but when I rang the company who I thought Iâd ordered from they said you want Connect Distribution I asked who they were and I definitely didnât order off them. I was advised by Glen Dimplex that they make a lot of money by customers ordering off theses bogus websites and if I want to avoid them I should telephone my order. This company have a taken two payments from my card for one order which has never been generated.

I purchased a replacement head for my Dyson cleaner. Within 9 months it had failed.
Tried to reach agreement with the seller, but they point blank refuse to help, not interested in the customer at all.
The part obviously has a 12 month warranty, but they already have the money, so not interested.
Take my advice and avoid these charlatans.
Useless company for appliance service. Why does Curry's Team KnowHow use them?
Engineer supposedly booked through Curry's Know How service on 24 Oct - no contact from Connect Distribution about when they would attend. Called Curry's again on 22 Oct and told they would chase. Still no contact form Connect Distribution. Finally I called Connect Distribution myself on 24 Oct - they said engineer would attend that day sometime between 8am and 6pm. Stayed in all day. Engineer failed to appear!!!!
Next day called them to be told the engineer had not been able to make the call (nice of them to let me know!!) - and that they had no availability to re-book so I would have to go back to Curry's KnowHow.
Now waiting another week for (hopefully) an alternative engineer to call.
I recommend that 1) These types of repair policy are a waste of money and 2) that Curry's should not deal with a useless ervice company like Connect Distribution.
Searched for parts using my productâŠ
DO NOT USE! Make their money via premium rate calls. Searched for parts using my product serial number for their system to generate their spares part number. Part arrived but totally wrong. Cost me £16 using their 0844 number to get the returns authorisation and £15 to send back the part that they supplied incorrectly. Got correct part same price next day direct from the manufacturer. Would give 0 stars if that were possible.
Save yourelf some time and avoid like the plague
Wasted multiple calls to try and get a simple hinge replaced only to be told they can't after they sent the wrong part 3 times previously.
They 'represent Currys PC World' but can't provide details with who to connect when they refuse to cover a product under warranty.
